Wonderful kitchen appliance
I had mine for a very long time and loved it. Years run together so I can't say exactly but definitely more than 8 years. Still functioned as perfect as day 1. Unfortunately, a few years ago I was desperate for a large Dutch oven with lid to toss in the oven and melted the handle. I still used it until a few days ago when I finally let it go. I took a picture of the model number so I can buy a new one, but figured I would share why I'm sticking to this brand and model.

Works fairly well but with issues
Cooking times rather narrow. If recipe suggest 2,3,5,7,9 hours, you are out of luck unless you happen to be home and able to change setting to warm.
And one of the little rubber feet on the bottom fell out after only three uses and I called about parts, not available. Crockpot does not offer their own parts, call goes to ereplacements. Not great service.

Outside gets EXTREMELY hot..safety hazard!
I only used this once. I used it on high for 4 hours. The outside of the crockpot get SO HOT that you could actually burn yourself if you touched it, or accidentally hit it with your arm. I liked a lot of the features of this crockpot, but due to the fact that it gets so hot, I will return it after only one use.

Great slow cooker but....
I've had this amazing slow cooker for years and use it frequently. Now when I turn it on the power button blinks green. When I select 4 hour, it highlights for a sec then goes back to rapidly flashing green at the power. Can I replace the outer part? The ceramic pot is fine. I just can't get it to power on or stay powered on :(

Poor electrical wire connection
Great product and cooks fantastically, very poor wire connection at the bottom which has aged and wire sheathing cracked and has a electrically shorted. looks like I have to dispose as is a non serviceable component.

Got this crock pot as a gift less than a year ago. Already stopped working. The only thing it will do is heat up but not hot enough to cook your food.

I have the older one sold by Costco years ago. Now when plugged in, the power light blinks rapidly. The unit is sealed, so it's difficult to service. What I found works is leaving it plugged in for about 30 minutes or so. Eventually I can select a temperature and it will stay on as long as needed.
