Instruction Manuals
Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.
Warranty
1 Year Limited Warranty. See Instruction Manual for Additional Details.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't let the looks fool you, this complete trash! The absolute worst Crock Pot I've ever owned. I don't know how they can continue to sell this model because it is absolute garbage and especially since all the reviewers have the exact same issue. The temperature settings are completely off. The warm setting burns and boils whatever is in it. I did a temperature test just to make sure I wasn't going crazy. I put water in the crockpot and measured the temperature on each level. Low had it at 170 degrees, Hot had it at 190 degrees. The warm setting registered at 230 degrees!!!!! Also if you change the setting from hot to warm, never goes down in temperature, it only gets hotter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from One use, now it's a paper weight. I bought this crockpot on December 31, 2022, from Target, and it sat it's original box for a 8 months awaiting to be gifted and while we had the house/kitchen redone. I opened it up excited because it matched my kitchen and used it once to make a pot roast in August 2023. It was put away, and I brought it out this week to use it again for the first time since August. I've used it ONCE and now it doesn't work. ONCE. Turns in but doesnt heat at all...additionally, now the limited warranty is out, the $25 dollars worth of food that was in it was ruined, and I'm left with a rather large paper weight. I ended up dragging out my old crock pot (from 1996...it still works) again....because this one was a piece of junk. Avoid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks nice This crockpot looks very nice on my countertop with its sage green color, steel faceplate, and white bowl. I love that the top lock shut so I can easily take it with me in the car if I need to bring a dish somewhere without worrying about it spilling. The timer can be set for 4hr, 6hr, 8hr, or 10hr. and it also has a automatic warming setting once the timer is done. I’m a little disappointed that it does not tell you how long you have left on the timer though, makes it difficult to plan when to start sides if you didn’t write down the exact time you started the crockpot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Color, Consistent Cooking Long time Crock Pot user and I’m partial to this brand for its reliability, longevity and consistent cooking of food. Was so happy to find a color that matched my backsplash! The Design Series has a matte, sueded exterior which is very pretty and cleans up easily. I like the white slow cooker liner because it features the food better than a dark color. The 6 quart size allows me to make enough for leftovers and the locking lid allows for ease in transporting. Definitely recommend. My only request is for a slightly longer cord.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use! The glass lid has a gasket along the edge to seal in the steam and an opening on top to allow steam to escape so it doesn't move the lid constantly while cooking. I like the quiet finger tip touch to select the temperature controls and your choice to 4, 6, 8 or 10 hours for cooking. There's high, low and warm settings. The crockpot sits on 3 cushioned knobs which elevates it from sitting directly on counter tip. It comes with sturdy handles for carrying easily. The clamps hold the lid in place for easy transport. The exterior is a soft green. The crockpot was an easy clean up after cooking a pot roast with carrots and potatoes. Everything was tender.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice I really like this crockpot. It is very lightweight which was very unexpected. Every one I have had in the past was very heavy. It was large enough to fix my ham at Easter. It is very easy to operate and I really like the clips on the lid which makes it very easy to take food to travel. Clean up was very easy. I have used it several times cooking different kinds of food and it performed great every time. The only con I have found so far is that the plug in cord is very short. I love using a crockpot especially on the weekends. I have been cooking in a crockpot for over 20 years and I recommend this one to everyone especially if you carry food to other locations.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor temperature control I bought this to replace an older model, but it boils on the keep warm setting. It burns on low and high...I'm afraid to leave the house with it on!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely in love I love this crockpot. I got it as an upgrade to my old one. This crockpot definitely meets all our needs. It is big enough to be able to cook big meals for our family of 5 plus left overs. It is super easy to use and get started on cooking. I love the locking lid feature on it to make it easier to carry without spills and to keep the food warmer longer. It's super simple to start with for different cook time from 4 hours to 12 hours. The warm feature also works great at keeping food warm also. The instruction booklet also came with a few recipes which I thought was pretty cool also. I will definitely be using this crockpot a few times a week to make dinner time super easy.
