Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Really it dies after one year? What a Crock!
The last Crock-Pot we had lasted 12 years. We bought this one last year to replace that one and it died on us tonight during a pot roast. Had to throw my whole dinner out and now I have no dinner and no working Crock-Pot. Complete crock and I won’t be buying one from you guys again. Your warranty is garbage and so are your slo cookers.

Unclear manual.

I have only used the Crock 3 times and it is cracked… how do I purchase a new 6qt stone? The company connected to crockpot does not carry the replacement. Can I purchase from Crock Pot?

I had a roast and vegetables in my crock pot as I have done.dozens of times. It had been cooking about 2.5 hours. I was at the sink and heard an explosion. The lid had blown up and glass was on the counter, foor and in the pot with the food. I looked and am finding there replacement is no longer available. Not happy and need a solution.

Stopped working
My husband got this product this past mother's day .it hasn't even been a year yet .it worked well when we used it but went to gi turn it on today and it would not get hot. Turned it on at 130 went to go check about 3 not even warm .

I purchased model cpscv60cc2-s about 2 months ago. I have used it several times. On 1/5/2023 I was cooking a pot roast and had it programmed for 4 hours on high. It quit after 3 hours with no power to it. I even plugged into a different outlet.

Hey there, Steve! Thanks for reaching out to us. On your slow cooker, both high and low stabilize at the same temperature (209&deg;F); it is just a matter of how long it takes to reach the simmer point. On high, it takes approximately 3-4 hours, whereas on low, it takes approximately 7-8 hours to reach the simmer point. Please remember that these are all approximate temperatures and they can vary depending on what you are cooking. You may have to adjust your cook times accordingly, especially if you are using older slow cooker recipes, or adapting regular recipes for slow cooker use. We do recommend that you always fill your slow cooker 1/2 - 3/4 of the way full, including at least one cup of liquid or sauce. This will prevent the food from drying out and burning.
