Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really it dies after one year? What a Crock! The last Crock-Pot we had lasted 12 years. We bought this one last year to replace that one and it died on us tonight during a pot roast. Had to throw my whole dinner out and now I have no dinner and no working Crock-Pot. Complete crock and I won’t be buying one from you guys again. Your warranty is garbage and so are your slo cookers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I had a roast and vegetables in my crock pot as I have done.dozens of times. It had been cooking about 2.5 hours. I was at the sink and heard an explosion. The lid had blown up and glass was on the counter, foor and in the pot with the food. I looked and am finding there replacement is no longer available. Not happy and need a solution.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I have had this crockpot less than 2 years and used it less than 10 times. I turn in on and the high, low, and keep warm lights start blinking. I am unable to do anything to set the timer or use in any way. It was not dropped, bumped, or even transported, except from the cabinet to the counter top. I am very disappointed. I purchased it from Sams Club for the timing features. Only a 1 year warranty...my last crockpot lasted 20 years...frustrating!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long lasting Due to not following the directions, our wedding gift of 24 years finally failed. The stoneware cracked along the bottom. It was good to us and perfectly heated meals. The digital timer was it's best asset. Hoping to find a replacement 6qt on this site somewhere. Thanks CrockPot!
