Not happy with the quality. It worked fine before but cannot use it now. Had a previous unit for many years and it worked well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from If you want to throw a bunch of stuff in a big pot and go and have dinner ready in hours, it's good. It will also keep dips warm if you like to host parties or take things to share to work. It's pretty big and it's the only thing it really does so keep that in mind.

This crockpot is the best. We had a luncheon at work and my crockpot worked better than all the others. Would definitely buy again.

I don't know what to do with it. It gets way to hot and boils the food, it's not slowed cook. I miss my old Crock Pot. I am so sad it finally died.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lid EXPLODED I have never heard of this happening before, but the picture attached is proof -- the lid of our pot spontaneously exploded. We had cooked a pork roast as directed -- 8 hours on low. My husband checked it at the end of the cooking time, lifting the lid to look inside, and then setting it to "keep warm" until I arrived home from work. About 10 minutes later he heard a loud "pop" and then the sound of something hitting the floor. The lid of the Crockpot had exploded, dropping broken glass into the pot as well as all over the counter top and the floor. One of the latches was also propelled onto the floor. Some of the pieces of glass are like small splinters – we’re still running the vacuum and wiping with damp paper towels to try and get it all picked up before we or one of our pets is injured. The lid has never been dropped or used in a way not recommended by the manufacturer. I was planning to just purchase a replacement lid because I use the pot often, but now I am leery of even purchasing another model of this brand.

Just recently we noticed that metal wire part of the latch is missing so we can’t latch on one side. How do I replace that? Or do you have a better quality lid to replace?
