Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality I received this Crockpot a couple of years ago. I have used it no more than 7 times, and was very careful with it each and every single time as it has fragile parts (scree, lid, ceramic). Tried to use it today and it wouldn't turn on. From what I understood, Crockpots were supposed to last a long time. They don't make things like they used to I guess.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointment! I have been using Crokpot brand for years and have loved them! We wanted an upgrade so we asked for this model for our wedding. We have used it a handful of times and are disappointed! First, it gets SO hot, even on LOW for 4 hours! Our meals have ended up burnt or dried out! I always make sure there is plenty of liquid in the pot, and still have issues! I cooked a pork loin this past Friday and realized there was liquid on my counter…..when I pulled out my plastic crockpot bag, I saw the insert was CRACKED! It was cracked from one side all the way to the other! I am very angry! It leaked onto my counter somehow?! I always take care of my products, handwash, clean almost immediately after use to prevent having to soak them and I have only used it in the base. I want this issue solved ASAP! I use my crockpot 1-2 times a week and now I’m going to have to dig out my older, smaller one and hope it still works until this issue is resolved!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ✨✨ The crockpot is a game-changer! It makes cooking meals so easy and convenient. Just throw in your ingredients in the morning, and by dinnertime, you have a delicious, home-cooked meal ready to go. Plus, the slow cooking process really enhances the flavors. Rated 5 out of 5 by from My crockpot is my all time favorite cooking buddy. I use it several times a week, anything from roasts, chili, Italian sauces, ham, stew, etc. There's 4 settings, off, low high and warm. This crockpot is moderately priced but is definitely worth it. I recommend this product to anyone who loves making easy meals and desires a quality crockpot

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have 4 crock pots. Yes I have 4. All four are the tried and true crock pot brand. I once put the lid in the dishwasher and the plastic handle cracked. I wrote to the company to tell them and they sent me a brand new one without any problems. Clearly they stand by their products. I will always support a company with great customer service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk! I bought this three months ago, I've only used it twice. The crock doesn't fit right ,it moves constantly. It's like it's too small. The other day, I went to lock the handles down & the latch on the lid snapped off. I have always loved my Crock Pot products, but, this one is a real piece of junk. Very disappointed in the Crock Pot Brand!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best crockpot - love mine! This crockpot and slow cooker combo is great for easy dinners. Simple and easy to use and not complicated like other brands. The lid has a rubber top which doesn’t heat up so you can take it off and not burn yourself. It doesn’t make annoying noises either. Can fit a lot of ingredients in this to have dinner for the whole family.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cooks well, but the insert cracked and leaks I bought this crockpot and it works well except I started noticing that there was leaking from the crockpot on the counter. It took me a while to determine that it was coming from a hairline crack in the ceramic insert. I cannot find a replacement and don’t want to replace the entire unit. My previous slow cooker lasted 25 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3 + months old, so far love it. 62 year old guy..tired of fast food so bought a..replacement for a 1990's basic off/low/high model that still worked fine...that just looked rough....but served me well for decades. The ''Crock'' did crack years ago ,but never leaked....but felt time to make actual meals again. This new model.... ,saw reviews both good and bad. Researched and saw the redesign of how it heats...sightly hotter and more evenly....get it,makes sense, so, Bought this model , tomorrow...gonna make my 9nth big meal using it... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Here is my review. Day 1 Just heated water in it, on both low and high settings.worked fine,no leaks. By the way the quality of the 1990's 'crock ' seemed fine..but the new 'crock' has a WAY superior glazing! Then tested the timer function on every meal...switched to warm every time. (not sure, but think warm mode shuts off after 4 hours,so won't burn yer house down.) I figured out a couple of things about negative reviews I read on other sites, had they did a little research...less complaining about burnt food. #1 You upgraded locations of heating elements so more even heating through out the "'crock''. KUDOS...that worked. Temp is slightly higher over all...even in the ''warm'' setting for food safety. If using WARM SETTING stir this already cooked food from time to time, cause the edges do get hotter. #2 Seriously, JMHO Buy and try slow cooker/ liner bags! 8 meals made so far, 1 time I forgot the liner, and food slightly burned on the edges of the crock . Clean up afterwards involves remove the bag, rinse crock for 20 seconds with hot water...then wipe with a paper towel. Reynold's wrap liners cost about 1 dollar a bag...totally worth it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So far I have made 2 versions of thick pork chops,2 versions of chicken ,one with stuffing, other with rice, a ravioli / lasagna, combo, pork loin sauerkraut, and a god awful beef stew....total train-wreck ....My fault...bad online recipe...lol But all the others tasted great. The new slow cookers are a tad more efficient,so seems hotter, but if keep food level between 1/2 to3/4 full ,and bare minimum 1 cup of liquid...seems to work fine. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This new model,so far works GREAT. Food cooks more evenly, and the timer function works fine so far. This crock pot. I have already recommended to friends. {To the CROCKPOT company, If I can make one suggestion. A paper insert in the box that tells new owners that both the low and high settings hit the same temperature, but at different time intervals to reach it and the reasons why. I researched this before i bought mine and get how it works...works great,... But might cut down on the countless negative reviews seen on many sites where people think the LOW setting means it tops out at a lower temp then the HIGH setting. So calling them defective.} ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So far loving this model.Heats the food more evenly than my older model, The rubber gasket on the lid, made for transporting the meal, seems to reduce evaporation during cooking (no, I never lock the lid down while cooking)... The ability to to adjust times by 1/2 hour a huge plus. If the electronics hold up over time ,this will be money well spent. Just one thing...... Do handle the lid with kid gloves. The glass is WAY THINNER than the older models. Like I said only owned this model 3 + months, but so far impressed with upgrade!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best crock pot The Crock-Pot 6.0 Quart Slow Cooker is a versatile, family-sized appliance perfect for soups, stews, roasts, and more. It features high, low, and warm settings for flexible cooking and a removable stoneware insert for easy cleaning. While it’s great for meal prep, it lacks advanced digital features and a delay start option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my crockpot. I have loved this crockpot so much. However, I've somehow cracked the pottery piece (I have a ceramic sink, so I likely dropped it a few inches while washing it), and even though it's a very tiny leak into the heating element, it still needs to be replaced. I love this crock pot enough that I'm buying another pot for it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Crockpots! Growing up during the wintertime my mother would always prepare delicious meals using one while she was at work, so naturally I had to get one as well once I moved into my own place. The 6 quart is the perfect size for 2-3 people, I'd say. My boyfriend and I love using this and it's so easy to program!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thanksgiving day I bought this a few years ago, and it's the third time that I've used it. Everything was great until Thanksgiving Day, and I decided to cook a turkey breast. I had everything ready, put the lid, locks, and metal on and the metal hinge snapped off. I couldn't believe it. Is their a replacement lid for the 6qt. crockpot?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crock-Pot Programmable is my Kitchen Helper! Sometimes I so wish I could hire someone to make my meals and do the cleanup. My Crock-Pot Programmable helps "almost" do this! I use my Crock-Pot Programmable at least one time a week. If I can start my morning with getting a meal in, I WILL have supper all made for me by evening! It's almost like hired help! I can put something in the Crock-Pot Programmable early in the morning that is frozen and have it start hours later, and be done by dinner time. My favorite thing to make in it is a beef roast. I put the frozen beef roast in, a long with a gravy mix and at least carrots . . . sometimes potatoes too. I program it to start at least 2-3 hours later and by dinner time when I walk in the door, the kitchen smells like I've been making an amazing meal for hours - but it's my Crock-Pot Programmable doing all the work! The beef roast is so tender, that just a fork pulls it apart. I do use crock-pot liners, so clean-up is easy! Yup, it's almost like hired help!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good size pot!! I'm pretty sure the temperature controll on this is bad maybe it was just mine but it would get extremely hot and it even caused the black part to crack in half. I did like the cooking capacity it has and how portable it is. I also enjoyed that it turned off after the time was up unlike other ones I've owned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this crockpot…my favorite!! Super easy to use and every meal I’ve made in it has come out delicious. The cost is reasonable and I would highly recommend it. I love that I can set it up in the morning and by dinner time I have a home cooked meal that took barely any effort. Two thumbs up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dinner ready without too much effort This 6.0qt programmable Crock-Pot is a game changer! Set it and forget it—dinner cooks itself while I tackle my day. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the warm feature! I bought this years ago and used it to cook meals for my family. It had it's last resting gound so I bought another and I broke the ceramic bowl the other day. I refuse to give it up! I just need to know where I can buy another replacement. I love the keep warm dial...TREMENDOUSLY!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I think the lid is my favorite part of this slow cooker. The rubber seal that keeps heat and moisture in is a must, and you don’t realize how big of a help it is until you don’t have one! I also love being able to lock the lid on and take it with me to potlucks and family dinners.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Temperature heat is too high I'm struggling with the heat of the temperatures. I'm making a 4 lb roast on low temp and 4.5 hours later it's done. That's crazy. Normally it takes 8+ hours. Also the warm setting heats up way to high, I made an appetizer and had to unplug the pot as the appetizer was burning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love our crock pot or ‘slow cooker’. I can put a few food items in it at the beginning of the day, and have delicious and soft food ready to eat by the end of the day. The crock pot is easy to use and is a large size to place a large amount of food. I highly recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great crock pot as months went on the handle broke on the lid and it was hard to pick up, but I would slide it so I could open up the crock pot.  It's large enough and now too large as it is only my hubby and I as my daughter is in college. I want to buy a smaller one.
