Rated 5 out of 5 by from EFFICIENT & ATTRACTIVE I RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS CROCKPOT TO REPLACE AN OLDER MODEL CROCKPOT. I LIKE THE PROGRAMMABLE FEATURE ON THIS CROCKPOT AND IT LOOKS NICE WHILE IT IS COOKING. THE ONLY THING ABOUT IT IS I WISH IT WAS AN 8 QT. INSTEAD OF A 6 QT. MY OLD CROCKPOT DID NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION THAT IDENTIFIED SIZE. I ASSUMED IT TO BE A 6 QT., BUT IT IS MUCH BIGGER THAN THIS NEW ONE. FOR SOME DISHES, I NEED AN 8 QT. IN RED. I CHECKED ON YOUR WEB PAGE AND YOU DON'T SHOW ONE.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quite Good (But Help!) I don't have much to compare this against, and I don't get to particular with my croc pot. I just throw in broths and veggies and seasoning or maybe some meat form time to time. And it did just fine. HOWEVER on account of my own human error, I've cracked the ceramic liner. I would like to buy a replacement. I didn't find a liner that was compatable with my model number in the store. Could you (Croc-Pot) direct me to where I could purchase a replacement?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointed I bought this in February and have used it maybe a dozen times and it doesn't work now. This has happened to the last three crock pots we have bought - they last less than a year. I have tried calling customer service and despite it being during their hours of operation, a recording states they are closed. I was hoping crock pot would replace the item since it is less than a year old, but we're just gonna jump ship to a different brand at this point.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cooks WAY too HOT!!! I've tried multiple things to see if they would work. NOPE!!! I just cooked a rack of ribs on LOW (Recipe call for 4 hours on HIGH). After an hour and a half, you can't even touch the outside of the pot without burning yourself, the full rack was done, and it's a good thing I was home through the whole process or it may have started a FIRE. Will NEVER buy this brand again!!! I'll just stick to my INSTANT POT since it can be used as a slow cooker too!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Best Locking Lid! I have two of these crockpots because I like the way the lids lock so well. Unfortunately, I broke one of the crocks about two years ago. I have been trying, very unsuccessfully to find a replacement for it ever since. If I'd known it was going to be so difficult, I wouldn't have bought them. Now I hesitate to use my "good" crockpot, for fear that I'll break it too. I'm thinking of just donating what I have and starting over with a new brand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from won't last as long as your old one did Cooking was fine, which is the minimum you want from an appliance that cooks. Lid breaks easily and is not replaceable. Crock Pot would not sell me a new lid, even though the pot still worked. On principal, I didn't want to throw out a pot that was working fine, so I paid a lot to buy a new lid online. Now, a year later, the electronics in the pot are no longer working. Next time I guess I'll go for the old fashioned manual controls.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from faulty product I bought a 7 quart crockpot a few months ago. The first day I used it it caught fire and burned my counter. luckily I was home or it could of burned my house down. You think they would be apologetic and pay for my damaged counter top. No they only gave me my money back for the purchase of another crockpot. the lousiest customer service .I would never use a crockpot and leave it unattended. What a lousy company. I am including pictures.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of junk I purchased the first one , it cooked great but there was a very bad smell of burning plastic, I tried using it again thinking the smell would burn of however it only got worse, I returned it and got a second one. On this one the cover did not fit or seal the pot in fact it does not the cooking pot and would not seal it. In trying to latch the cover down the cheap plastic hinges almost broke off the cover. This one is going back also.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't even work for a year I purchased this with a gift card after last Christmas, because I love my 2005 crock pot but needed a bigger one. I didn't even get a chance to use it until February of 2023 and it's now Oct and the unit won't turn on. My older, smaller one still works perfectly. The newer one seems flimsy and obviously isn't as good as the older one considering it didn't even last for a year. I'd estimate that I've used it fewer than 20 times.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t buy crock pot brand slow cookers. Piece of junk. It boils on every setting, even on the warm setting. I have 2.5 cups of fluid in there and 2lbs of meat and it started boiling within a couple hours. What a waste of $30 of meat that comes out chewy. @Crock Pot - what is so hard about having it temperature controlled to lower temperatures for warm and low settings? Why does it stabilize at over 200 degrees? Get off your butt and make a quality product again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from COOKS TOO HOT! I've only used a few times, but everytime it has overcooked, no matter what the setting. Everything gets to boiling no matter how long or what setting; even on warm! Food is always scalding hot. I thought maybe mine was defective, but it appears from these review that it is a serious and very dangerous issue with all of them! I thought this was a reliable product; lesson learned :( Be cautious of burning yourself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes cooking easy I had the same manual crockpot for years and finally decided to upgrade. I love this programmable crockpot! You can put everything in and adjust what time you want it to start so you can control when it’s ready. It also defaults to a warming setting after cooking is finished. Another feature I love is the locking lid handles. Makes it so easy transport. Be careful though to not lock the lid handles while cooking.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from boiling on low I thought it was just me but it seems it doesn't matter what recipe I use or any tweaks I make this crock cooks way too hot. Most recently I cooked a 7lb pork butt for pulled pork with only about a 1/4 to 1/2cup of liquid. The recipe called for 10-12 hours on low. I smelled it cooking and luckily woke to find it boiling again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken after 2 years! We received this crockpot as a gift two years ago. Worked great, although, yes it it does cook at higher temperatures but I really enjoyed that feature. Was very disappointed when just the other day I went to plug in this crockpot and it did not turn on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Do NOT cook with lid locked! Blew apart! This a great Crock Pot, however the handles should have labels warning NOT to cook with then locked. The manual advises not to cook with them locked, but really, who reads the manuals. Wife locked lid, which eventually blew the handle on top completely off and shards of glass everywhere. The locking handles should have sticker on them warning not to lock when cooking. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen IMO.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsatisfactory I bought this a month and a half ago and it already doesn't work!!!! I plugged it in the lights flash without the ability to select one of the options, then it turns off in like 10 seconds!!! Paid $60 plus tax for it and only used it one month!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Can't Read the Control Panel The Crock-Pot itself (that I just received for Christmas) works very well but after it warms up for about an hour you can no longer read the Control Panel from a standing position. You need to bend over and look at it straight on to read the timer and settings. Definitely heat related. I've read several others complain of this problem. Is this normal? Or is there something wrong with it?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyone needs a Crockpot I've had several crockpots from this brand, and I have enjoyed all of them. If you don't have the time to cook, just plop what you need in the pot, turn it on, and that's it! I love it! Especially when I have to step out for a bit (I work from home) and know that I won't have time to cook later. They're easy to clean and pretty lightweight, and storing them hasn't been an issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful ! This is. A fantastic slow cooker! I love that it's programable and goes right to warm after the time you set it for! I also love that it has a count down clock, wonderful feature!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 1 1/2 yr life span I really loved this crockpot until it just stopped heating. I’ve only had this about a year and a half. I only use occasionally too. I filled my crockpot to use one day. Programmed it to cook on low for 5 hrs and left it. Luckily I was home and checked on it. Did not heat at all. Tried different settings and turning it off and on and it just wasn’t hot. Not even warm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable and reliable Absolutely love it, makes cooking so much easier. Any soup or porridge becomes much more convenient to cook and you can feed the whole family now. Just gotta chop and throw the ingredients and seasoning in and let it simmer. The meats gets so tender and juicy. It’s great for elderly and busier folks. The controls are so easy to use and it so sleek and modern.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible temperature control This gifted crockpot only seems to cook at 1 temperature. No matter what I cook or what temperature I set it at it’s always way, way too hot! On warm my pasta sauce is at 190+degrees when it’s not supposed to go over 170. Terrible product. Miss our old crock that you could safely leave for the day to cook on its own. That’s the point of these pots remember!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable, convenient, easy to use and clean slow co Great workhorse in our house. Easy to use and clean. I really like the warm option that kicks in after the timed cooking. Great size for larger meals, bigger roasts, and more pieces of meat. Portable and easy to take to parties. Snap on cover keeps the food warm and from spilling while traveling. We’ve had ours for about 6 years now and it still performs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what our daughter wanted. This is to be a replacement for an older Crock-Pot which recently died, but this has the programmable functions, which she desires.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bummer Unfortunately our insert (the heavy solid portion) cracked while cooking chicken. When cooled down to investigate, liquid had leaked through to the bottom of the receptacle. Got this as a gift for our wedding, pretty bummed. Definitely cooks very hot, as well as, the latches on the side both came loose and fell off. This all happened in a year and a half.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Crock Pot will keep you from standing over a First thing I cook for 8 hours was Pot Roast. It was so good. The Crock Pit cook all my meat all the way through. It was so soft and yummy. The digital button were easy to navigate through. It took about 4 mins to wash. I’m still learning different recipes to cook on this Crock Pot. I use this Crock Pot when I don’t feel like standing over a stove all day.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the quality I thought it would be! The first time I used it, the smell was awful. I assumed that it was just because it was new and would go away. I have used it several times in the past six months, and the smell is still awful. The insert is too small for it. It moves from side to side and back and forth every time I try to stir anything. I expected better quality from the crock pot name.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smells after a while A few years ago I bought a similar model, some extra features, and after about 4-6 uses it started to smell. I found out it was because of the seal on the lid. It made the whole thing smell awful, I had to throw it away! It is great for portability and cooks well, but the smell is unacceptable. (btw, it happened after making pot roast, so nothing crazy)
