Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unPower Cord it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot. To clean the Temperature Probe, use a damp cloth and warm, soapy water. Make sure to dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the Temperature Probe in water.

Great new gourmet cooking appliance
The Crockpot Slow Cooker with Sous Vide provided a new gourmet cooking experience and created a perfectly delicious meal. If you want to take pride in your culinary skills, this appliance is for you! The Crockpot is a “crockpot” and additionally provides a temperature probe to create the sous vide experience. It has a temperature control, thermometer and timer. It is 6 quart and serves 7-8 people. I cooked chicken from the recipe booklet provided. The chicken was tender and juicy. The pros are I have a crockpot and slow cooker with sous vide which takes the guesswork out of cooking. The cons are it takes a long time for the water to heat…I solved that by boiling water on the stove and adding it to achieve the correct temperature sooner. Also, after the meat was finished in the cooker, I had to sear it on the stove. One would also need to purchase special food bags to cook in. Overall, I will definitely use those cooker for special occasions!

Amazing
I put this to the text over the Thanksgiving holiday!! Omg!! Y’all!! If you haven’t tried Sous Vide before, don’t be hesitant!! Go for it!! The steaks I made the day offer the holiday were the best I’ve ever eaten!! We also used it to make a corn casserole and a Mac and cheese for Thanksgiving. It is so efficient and easy to use!

What’s the best way to christen a new crockpot? Make buffalo chicken dip with it! This crockpot works so great. It heats up quickly and works great. I will say, the outside of the crockpot gets a little hotter than my older crockpot but not anything to worry about. I love it and I will continue to use it as my primary crockpot!

First of all you can never go wrong with the Crock-pot brand - it truly stands the test of time! Also - this is the most beautiful one I’ve ever had!! I’ve always owned this brand and this one will be added to my favorites for sure! I haven’t gotten to test the sous vide yet because I’m a bit nervous to but will soon!

Not just a crockpot.
I was excited to receive this product for review. This is my favorite crockpot. I love that is versatile! The ability to use it as a sous vide was the icing on the top. It cooks food to perfection rather your making soup, steak, pulled pork and so much more. I would highly recommend. Just set it and forget it.

Perfect size
I am from a somewhat large family. There's always something going on lots of potlucks and things like that.. I also have a family of 5 this crockpot is perfect size. It holds plenty for the occasions when I use it for potlucks plus it. Also is great for just meals at home such as part roast and things like that.

Loving the combination
I love the combination of sous vide and slow cooker, it has really given me flexibility in terms of what i am cooking - prepping steaks or making chili. the temp control has also been really helpful in knowing I am cooking things properly. Flexibility having the time to start a meal and walk away is so nice.

Simplest sous vide setup!
I’ve been having lots of fun with this sous vide-capable Crockpot. As a slow cooker, it’s easy to use and clean, including a temperature probe. You can cook by time or temperature. I made a yummy white chicken chili. The ceramic interior is easy to clean. For sous vide, this is a very easy setup. Fill the crock with hot water, add the food, cover with the lid, insert the probe into one of the holes in the lid, then select the time and temperature. I cooked steaks the first time straight from the freezer, then the next day I reheated the leftover steaks. Perfectly tender and juicy! My only complaint is that the probe plug was a bit loose in the probe port on the control panel, and the sous vide function failed to begin due to a probe error. I reinserted the probe and made sure it was quite secure, and it operated correctly. The probe “plug” seems to be sized just a bit too small for its port. For sous vide operation, using the lid means there is no evaporative water loss.

THIS IS IT!!
I am usually super busy throughout the week and work at home so this is really helpful with lazy cooking! My wife and I have been using this everyday and its been so easy to get our dinner ready during the busy week days. I recommend this for anyone that works at home and dont have enough time on their hand.

Love the thermometer feature
This Crock-Pot is one of the better slow cookers I have owned. It is a nice size for a family of 4 -5. The thermometer is awesome and such a great added feature. I wasn’t sure about the white color but it s very nice in person. I really like the fact that it is dishwasher safe. It makes cleanup so easy.

Best slow cooker I’ve used!!
I couldn’t love this crockpot more if I wanted to! I made beef stew in this and it came out so beautiful.
Upon plugging in the settings are self explanatory. I like that there are lights for each of the settings every step of the way so you know what you are setting. I appreciate all the different options it has in a simple way.
I love that there is a probe included so that if you are cooking a roast or chicken you don’t have to keep opening the lid to check temp it is right there.
The color/design of this is so cute. Everyone commented on how cute and modern and simple it looks. I love that it’s enough for 7 people. The pot is so big!!
Everything turned out so perfect! The veggies were cooked all the way and the beef was so tender it was falling apart.
I am excited to try out the sous vide function next - thankfully the bags are included as well as step by step instructions (with pictures to help!) to make my life so much easier!!
All in all HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!

Love it
I love a slow cooker for many reasons: cook, keep food warm, proof dough, etc. I love that the lid has rubber so is sealing heat better. Also the thermometer gives me peace of mind when meat if fully cooked. I use it a lot and it cleanse easily. I just wished the electrical cord was longer though.

We love it
We love this slow cooker. Not only does it look beautiful sitting on our countertop but it’s digital timers are amazing. Set it for your cooking time and after it’s done it automatically goes to warm. We will be using this for meals all winter long. I can’t wait to try out the sous vide feature.

I have only tried the slow cooker setting on this so far, but I am very excited to try the sous vide setting. What was even better, is it came with a recipe book for food on each setting. How amazing is that! It worked so amazing as well and tells you how much time is left until done. I love it.

Fast and easy
I love this slow cooker. It heats up quick. And it has all digital displays. Plenty of room for a good size roast and plenty of veggies. And clean up is very easy. Nothing sticks to the crock. And you can also do Sous Vide recipes too. So that even makes it more nice. I use it alot !

Dinner time is so much easier nowadays
I love the fact that this slow cooker sous vide crockpot has more space in it for larger family meals/servings. I have been cooking more healthier and hearty meals with this crockpot. The temperature probe is a plus to let me know that my meat is being cooked at the right temperature.

My opinion on this comes from the Sous Vide option. It’s not like your typical Sous Vide that circulates water in the cooker with the food. Other than that it is a nice crockpot. Definitely think it’s a little cheaper made than crockpots I’ve had in the past but it does the job

I am so happy with this new slow cooker/crockpot as the one I had previously was not big enough, nor did it have all the bells & whistles this one has. It's nice looking to keep on the counter and easy to clean. Definitely recommend, especially if you're a soup and stew lover!

Well, if you can’t tell this crockpot has had quite a bit of use before I reviewed it. It’s quite amazing actually. The temperature gauge (not shown in the photo) is a literally game-changer. Usually it’s my mom with the great crockpots… but she’s asking to borrow mine!

Great slow cooker
This slow cooker is really great. You can cook slow or Sous Vide cooking. It came with a few air tight bags and a removable temperature probe. It’s made of stoneware and looks like you can put it in the oven. Which is an upgrade from my last slow cooker. I’d recommend.

I received the SLOW COOKER SOUS VIDE OM 6QT about a month ago. This crockpot is fantastic. I like it because it has many times and temperatures to cook with. no over- or under-cooking. The Sous Vide function cooks food in air-tight bags in a temp-controlled water.
