Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unPower Cord it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot. To clean the Temperature Probe, use a damp cloth and warm, soapy water. Make sure to dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the Temperature Probe in water.

Wow!
Ok I’m so used to using an off brand crockpot w a high, low, & keep warm setting. This has everything! I cooked a corn beef brisket in it and it was juicier and so tender. The potatoes were 100% better. So far I haven’t found any cons with this. I love it. I love that it’s got a thermometer that hooks up to it. I’m in love with this!! The timer will cut the pot off once the meal is ready. It’s just so easy to use.

Nice Slow Cooker with Versatility
Overall, this is pretty standard slow cooker. The Sous Vide option is a nice feature to add some versatility in the kitchen. That being said, it is pretty basic sous vide functionality and really just includes a thermometer that enters through the lid. The water takes a while to heat up to proper temperature. The crock also fits a little loose in the base, and the base itself does get very warm when in use.

My favorite crock pot
I absolutely love this crock pot! I’m still learning how to use the sous vide option. I love how wide it is instead of the usual circular shape. I could fit all my cabbage rolls in it for New Years this year. Best thing ever! Although I wouldn’t use the temperature probe for slow cooking because once it reaches temp it’ll switch over to “keep warm” and the food won’t get tender. I also love the color of it.

Great for sous vide!
While we have used crockpots in the past, we were super excited to try the one with Sous Vide! We made pork chops in it and they came out perfectly cooked and were super juicy. We also cooked salmon and it was also delicious. It maintained good temperature and was easy to use and easy to clean. Would give 5 stars if it had a water circulator as well, but it's understandable since this multi-purpose.

This is my first ever crock pot and I really enjoyed using it! It was really nice not having to worry about leaving the stove on for hours. The white stoneware feels like great quality and it was super easy to wash. I like that the lid has a rubber gasket that seems to keep the steam in well. The sous vide feature is also pretty cool, but probably not something I’d lug out this crock pot for often.

Something new
I knew this was going to be big but its size still surprised me. Took me a couple tries to adjust recipes to make it work for only a small party. It's worth it though. The flavors are noticeably better. The meat is very tender and savory and the vegetables pop. Leftovers retain their taste. Definitely great for a large party or big family get together. And worth the effort to make smaller meals.

This crock pot has a built in meat thermometer to see if your meal is done cooking all the way and it is auto programable so you can set it and leave it while at work to cut off when done. This is a really nice cooker I would recommend it to my friends and family.

I love this slow cooker!
With the colder months upon us, I tend to make more soups and stews. I am so excited to have found the Slow Cooker Souse Vide Om. It is perfect for making great meals in a very easy format. I just cut up the ingredients stick them in the slow cooker and turn it on. The cooker does the rest of the work! I have tried a few of my favorite recipes with the slow cooker and my family loves them!

Great features
I was looking forward to using the sous vide option on the crock pot but I didn’t know your supposed to slow cook the meat in a plastic bag. For that reason I won’t be using that option. Otherwise this is just a basic crock pot but I have no complaints about it. The size is great and I like that it comes with the temperature probe. I would recommend this because of all the features it has.

Great Quality
This Sous Vid Slow Cooker is well made and I really enjoy using it. It does appear to cook things a little to fast when on low and 8 hours but nothing a little water can't help out by putting in to keep item moist throw slow cook process. I received this as a promotional item to review and would have no problem purchasing this if I ever needed another one or to refer to a friend.

Nice features!
I love this crockpot!! The timer countdown feature is so convenient. Once your time is done, it automatically switches to warm, which has saved many meals for me. I have had meals overcook in my old crackpot. The temperature probe helps with ensuring your foods is cooked to the proper temperature. I have not tried the sous vide yet, but plan to do so in the near future.

I never thought a crockpot would blow my mind, but to have sous vide at my fingertips is absolutely insane. I felt bad even using it because it felt too nice. It was actually absolutely perfect for when I started to make my senior cat her own food. I just made sure that I got the meat to the perfect temperature. Absolutely 10 out of 10. For those who need the absolute best.

Best Kitchen Product!
This slow cooker + sous vide has changed our home kitchen! Having the dual function has allowed us to cook two of our favorite ways. Not to mention, the actual interface is so much better than most slow cookers. The timer feature is clutch, especially when you have multiple other timers going on. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a slow cooker or something more.

Great addition
The Slow Cooker Sous Vide s a great concept. Our first attempt at using the Sous Vide was not very successful. We had been told by others to season the meat heavily, so we did. We then vacuum packed the steak and began cooking according to the instruction booklet provided. About 3-1/2 hours later, we opened the package and put the steak n the grill just to get a few grill marks on it. Although we seasoned the steak rather heavily, it was very bland tasting. It just tasted like a piece of meat - no flavor. Wasn’t impressed. Hopefully, our next attempt will yield better results.
Second time, we opted to cook a pot roast using just the slow cooker (no Sous Vide). It turned out PERFECT. I liked that once the time expires, it automatically goes to “keep warm”. So, if you are away when the time is up, it automatically keeps the warm.
Hopefully, will additional usage, I’ll master the Sous Vide part.

Different
I had never heard of sous vide slow cooking before so I thought that this would be something different to try. Well, it certainly is! Different and delicious! I feel like I'm cooking the old boil in the bag meals only way better. It's like you can't cook it wrong. The only thing is that if you want a sear or crust on your protein, you need to do that in a pan afterwards.

Still learning but loving it
I’m not going to lie this is my first time using a crockpot. I really enjoy cooking for my family so i made a beef stew in this crockpot. The design of it is absolutely beautiful,the color is stunning,it’s heavy dish that you can also use for baking in your oven ,easy to use and my stew turned out delicious. I still have to try the Sous technique but so far i love it .

I'm totally in love with my Crock Pot 6-quart Slow Cooker With Sous Vide. It's got this amazing oat milk color that's just gorgeous. Plus, it's super easy to use - I made beef stew from the recipe book that comes with it, and it turned out perfectly! The stew was so tender and tasted so delicious. And the best part? My whole house smelled amazing while it was cooking!

I love the modern look and feel of this crockpot! I used it on Christmas Day to make cream corn soufflé and it turned out perfect! GREAT COOKER
Great cooker to have, very little sticks to the pot because of the smooth surface. Clean up is a breeze. Excellent distribution of heat so food cooks quickly and evenly. Incredibly easy to program. Temp gage for food so you don’t have to open lid is very convenient this way you know for sure your meal is cooked throughout. Easy to use and convenient for a busy day.

Great Slow Cooker
I purchased this about a month ago. I have used it 2 times already . I really like how easy it is to program and to cook with. I plan to use it more often now that it’s getting colder outside . I’ll planning on making some chilli next. For me I wound say the 6qt was perfect as I don’t cook for a family only my self. I would definitely recommend this slow cooker .

So surprised with how well this works! First time using a crockpot that isn’t the basic crockpot. So the features on this one is so cool! I was able to Cook a pot roast and it left the meat super tender and juicy. Definitely will be using this on a daily basis. Love my new crock pot!! Must get if you don’t have one! Absolutely love!
I was unsure about if this was going to be an improvement from my previous slow-cooker and it definitely is! It is large enough to not be considered about cutting down larger roasts and can more easily cook them. The crockpot is super easy to use and the instructions for the sous vide were easy to follow. I especially love how easy it is to clean the stoneware.

I love this crockpot! I made the most delicious pot roast in it! It was literally the best I had ever made! This crockpot also has a beautiful sleek design that goes well with any type of kitchen decor! It also has a temperature probe where you can check the temperature of your meat. If you’re looking for a new crockpot I would definitely recommend this one!

I was excited to try this out and got a butt pork roast , I used the probe feature and cooked a almost 10 pound roast in under 4 hours on low but when the probe got to the 150 it shut off. I am used to a regular crockpot cooking 9 hours so was concern it would be tough but the meat came out great. The size of the pot was perfect and easy to clean

Most tender meat I have ever had….
Though I own a sous vide and a crock pot, I was thrilled to get this crock pot! We immediately tried it with some steaks we purchased. Though these were not expensive steaks or anything, they turned out to be the most tender steak I have ever had!!! We simply cooked them in the sous vide mode and then sautéed them to get a nice crust. Yummy!!!😋

I Havnt used the sous vide yet
I haven't used the sous vide yet, but it looks promising. I made zupa toscana in this, and it came out amazing. I love that it has the time on the programming. Not just high and low. Easy to clean. It's not easily transportable, but that's okay. It came with a meat thermometer that can go inside one of the air holes in the lid. Awesome idea.

I have had the same crockpot for the last 10 years, and when I saw this one, I knew I found its replacement. This one is so beautiful! The color, the settings being similar to what I’m used to, New slow cooker attachments, a suctioned lid, and the overall design is perfect. More modern!
