Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unPower Cord it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot. To clean the Temperature Probe, use a damp cloth and warm, soapy water. Make sure to dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the Temperature Probe in water.

Great addition in the kitchen

Updated sleek must have kitchen tool
Who doesn’t love a crock pot and the amazing ability of walking away and leaving food to cook unattended? This crock pot has way more bells and whistles then my handed down one my mother gave me. I love the off white color and shape being oval. It fits in my pantry nicer with that straighter side against the wall. There are buttons to increase and decrease the time. The thermometer is a cool addition to ensure your meat is cooked without having to remove the lid. In all honesty, I have never done sous vide cooking so will need to read up on that. I found this to heat evenly with no issues in how the food turned out. My roast was perfect!

Amazing slow cooker!!
This slow cooker sous vide by Crockpot is AMAZING!!!! This slow cooker works like a dream and everything I’ve made in it so far has come out juicy and flavorful and tender. I love that the timer is digital compared to my old one which only had a knob to turn from warm to low to hot. I love that it has an actual timer on it so I know how much time is left!!! It’s a 6 quart and always has so much room to cook in. Cleanup is a breeze and comes clean so easily. Highly recommend this slow cooker it’s high quality and I love that I can just put all the ingredients in and forget about it until it’s done and it comes out a delicious meal with barely any work!

Perfectly cooked
This might be my new favorite kitchen appliance. My favorite meals always come from my crockpot and now I have this larger one that doubles as a sous vide cooker! For dinner the other night I vacuum sealed some seasoned boneless pork chops with a few cloves of garlic, set to my desired finishing temperature and submerged the bag in the pot for a couple hours. After removing from the bags I patted them dry and seared them on the stove just long enough to add some color and they were perfectly cooked and incredibly most! The only issue I had with this Crockpot is that the alarm is too quiet when the timer goes off, I barely heard it when I was in the next room.

In love with this!!
Great product!! Love this, I feel like I'm making restaurant-quality meals at home! Beautiful design and color! It has a removable Temperature Probe that ensures food reaches a precise internal temperature, so there's no over-cooking, under-cooking, or guesswork. It keeps the food warm!
The removable stoneware and glass lid are both dishwasher-safe; the stoneware is also oven-safe!!
The digital display settings let you custom program cook times from 30 minutes to 20 hours.
With sous vide, food cooks in air-tight bags, in a temperature-controlled water bath, for precision-cooked meat, fish, and veggies, and unrivaled cooking results. I recommend this Crock-Pot.

Great double duty appliance
We have wanted to try sous vide cooking but hated to give up kitchen space for another appliance. This Crockpot - SLOW COOKER SOUS VIDE OM 6QT was perfect! We get the best of both worlds with sous vide and cooker in one. It's very lightweight, and the controls are easy to use. It is impossible to ruin a steak with this appliance and every single steak we've cooked since we got the Sous Vide has been cooked to perfection and has been mouth waveringly good and so tender it melted in our mouths. We also used slow cooker tried a picnic ham and beef stew, both very tasty.We love the size of it as it can accommodate if you’re making a large meal. Will highly recommend.

So Many Uses
When I got this I first thought it's just a crock pot but it has so many uses that I had never thought of. First the size of the pot is awesome. I was able to cook 7 lbs chicken inside comfortably. Made soup and got 7 servings out of it. Comes with a temperature probe that works greatvwith whole chicken, steaks, and hams. It does not take long to heat up. The digital timer is perfect display. Easy to see from across the room. Clean up is easy and is dishwasher safe. Comes with a recipe guide so this will get several uses this week. You will definitely enjoy how many different ways you will find to uses your too.
