Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unPower Cord it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot. To clean the Temperature Probe, use a damp cloth and warm, soapy water. Make sure to dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the Temperature Probe in water.

Love the versatility
I have recently gotten to try this crockpot and sous vide. I love the versatility of this product. It comes with the bags for the sous vide mode included. And to have two cooking instruments in one is a bonus. And tge sous vide makes the food so tender and delicious

This crockpot not only looks beautiful on my counter but it’s awesome! I never knew I needed a digital crockpot till this! It’s so amazing I set it to go to work and come back to an amazing meal! It even goes to the warming setting when the timer runs out! Love it!

This is everything in a slow cooker
This is the best slow cooker I've owned. It heats up quickly and big enough for 4-6 people. My husband an. I always have left overs. The thermometer is accurate. The vida sous bags are life saving. I.really have not one bad thing to say about this crockpot.

Good for infusing herbs
The main reason I got this product was to replace the method I was using to infuse herbs into my oils. I had a stick Sous vide and I woud have to pull out a large pot and fill it full of water so the stick would work. There were several issues with this setup but it worked.
When I saw a slow cooker with a sous vide it was perfect for my needs. I put my infusions in a mason jar. Then I fill the ceramic part of the slow cooker with water. Put it on the heating base and put the mason jar in it. The lid has clips so you shouldn’t have boil overs. You put the heating probe into the front panel and then the port in the lid. Press on Sous Vide mode and put your time and temp requirements. Press start and forget about it.
For a slow cooker it works and it is large. My only major complaint with this appliance is that the power cord is only about 3 feet long. There is only one place in the kitchen I can put it where it doesn’t require an extension cord or a platform for me to put it on so it can reach the electrical outlet.

I love it!
I have the SLOW COOKER SOUS VIDE OM 6QT and I love it! I was surprised that it was lighter than the one that I had. It cleans up easily also. It doesn't dry out meat and all of my vegetables are cooked evenly. My favorite part is the thermometer!

Beautiful appliance.
I’ve had several slow cookers but never really happy to leave them on the counter when not use. This is the exception. Besides being modern looking and white the sous chef feature is the bomb. I love the end results and I find myself cooking more.

This is probably the most beautiful crockpot I've ever seen. It's absolutely stunning. It's a nice matte cream color. And it is a dream to use. I love the sou addition. You can get the temperature of your meat while cooking without removing the top.

Good quality
I received the crock-pot and it’s high quality, however it was missing an accessory for me, the removable temperature probe. Therefore, I’m pretty much limited to cook meats. The only thing I like is that I just program it to cook stews or soups.

Insert is prone to cracking..
Ours lasted under 2 years before the crock insert cracked as well. We were not unusually rough with it, either. Hand washed every time. There are no replacement inserts available for this style. Must be a design flaw. Super disappointing!

Awesome cooker!
I absolutely LOVE this pressure cooker! It’s beautiful and very clean looking. The lid has a rubber seal along the edging that I personally feel helps keep steam inside. It is very easy to wash. Nothing sticks to it. I highly recommend!

Really great Crockpot
Received in exchange for review. Sous vide like a dream. I still haven't quite figured out the probe, but it seems to do what it says otherwise. Only goes to 12hrs, but that's not a problem. Love the colour, just a fabulous Crockpot.

this item is a wonderful size for making large amounts of food at one time, it looks nice and is very easy to clean. I was able to make a whole dinner for 6 easily with this cooker. it cleaned with soap and water, no real scrubbing.

Greatest Meal Prep Appliance Ever!
I really mean it when I say that the Crock-Pot is easily one of the most used kitchen appliances in my entire household. This device will FOREVER hold a special place in my heart and on my counter top. I have always used one over the past 10 years of my life and they have made meal prepping and staying healthy one of the easiest things in my day to day life. Just being able to place raw meats and serve multiple meals on a weekly basis. From lean Chicken dishes to Full size Roasts and Hams this baby takes it nice n slow and Always gets the job done! Seriously if u haven't tried a Crockpot out u are completely missing out on one of the single greatest cooking devices in the History of Mankind. I will forever own one of these and it has been a pleasure to be able to try this model out. Hands down 5 stars and I will ALWAYS Highly recommend everyone to get one of these for all their cooking needs. Bless you Crock-Pot.. Signed a faithful fan! Also I've lost 40 pounds in a year just from meal prepping whole foods with one of these. This model is so much better now!

Easy to read controls
Love this crockpot. So easy to read the dials it performs great. The temperature controls are so easy to use it cook the food fantastic. I made chicken Parm with it and pasta. Cleanup was a breeze. I highly recommend this.
