ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by zen4panda from I don't love it but it's a nice slow cooker This slow cooker cker has 2 functionalities, manual cooking on lowor high, just as a normal slow cooker, and the my time option of indicating when you want to eat, what you're cooking, and how much of it, and it will determine when to start cooking. I don't love that because I don't find that I need that much direction on when to start my meals. I love Delay Start option on my oven and on my regular pressure cooker. I think these extra buttons for my time functionality could be useful added to Crock Pot's own pressure cooker that they already offer, instead. I have long turned away from slow cookers.

Crock pots are the best thing for anyone that wants to cook and forget about it. You can cook so many things in a crock pot. And anyone can use it. Add your ingredients set the timer, the temperature and walk away. It cooks all on its own. When the timer goes off it will keep it warm until you are ready for dinner. Easy peazy! One pot to clean up. I love how fast it cooks too. The pot is easy to clean after you are done cooking with it. This one has a ton of features. You can schedule a meal, select the food type, or set it manually. It has a nice stainless steel finish on the base to add a nice decorative touch. The only thing I wish it had was a cord storage on the back.

It was great until I noticed after the last time I used it that the crock was cracked all the way down one side through the bottoms and up the middle. I even let it cool overnight before I placed it in the sink with warm water to wash when I got home the next evening. i am very disappointed.

I love the modern sleek look of it. It also has so many functions. You can set a timer to be able to start a meal when your not around. You can select which type of meat you are preparing so it cooks right. It also makes sure you do not over cook your meal. When you use manual mode it has a clock to tell you how long your meal has been cook. It is awesome because you dont have to look at the clock to tell how long your meal has been cooking. I love this crock pot so much. You can not go wrong with purchasing this crock pot. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to purchase a new crock pot.

You can either use it manually (low medium or high setting) or program by meal type and end time as in what time you want the meal ready. I love that feature. It does take slot of guesswork out but also you have to use a little experience or common sense when it comes to the meat types and cooking time. Also program features are designed for slow cook meals of 6 hrs or more.

It did and the warm cycle just isn’t warm enough for my liking. The crock pot is very roomy and great for big dishes and has several functions on it that can be very overwhelming. A tech savvy person would love this. I just prefer one with a low high and warm function. I cooked beans in it and 6 hours they were done and it kept them warm but I did kick it back to low to increase the heat. Overall great product just not for me.

I could choose the time I wanted my meal ready thanks to the MyTime Technology. I was surprised to learn that I could also choose the type of food I was preparing. Once my food was ready, the crockpot switches over to the “keep warm” feature which prevents overcooking. The 6 quart stoneware is ample to handle most dishes to feed a family. Cleanup is easy as the stoneware and glass lid are dishwasher safe but I still preferred to hand-wash mine. If I had one desired feature, it would have been an attached place to hold the lid. Astride from that, this new crockpot is sure to be a staple in homes as they’ve been trusted in years past. Great job! 👏🏾

From meat/poultry, soup or veggies, it is foolproof and so very easy to use. You put in the pound amount of the meat or poultry or how much soup is in the base and it does the work for you. Your food is ready in just a few hours. It’s like a little chef on your countertop. I was also so surprised at how light it was. It’s so easy to move and transport for a tailgate or if you’d like to bring it to someone’s house. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It is so simple to use. You literally can set a time that you would like your meal to be ready after you’ve selected what kind of dish your cooking and it automatically sets the cooking temperature and displays the time that your meal will be ready to serve. You also have the option to manually set your cook time and temperature if you prefer. I love the Crockpot Programmable Slow Cooker with MyTime Technology and I already have many meals planned ahead to cook with it. It’s literally a set it and forget appliance. It’s one of the best products I’ve come across in a long time. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I own a couple older models but nothing fancy like this one. While I do love my older ones this new one is amazing! I was making pork chops for Christmas dinner and needed to set it for a short time and I was able to do that perfectly with this one. Another time I was making chili and was able to use the preset function and it came out amazing! I am so very happy with this crock pot. Makes dinner time a lot easier as well.

You can't see the digital display to program it. You never know if it will even cook when set on high, or boil over on low. It burns food and you can not use the slow cooker liners. With all of the problems people have had with this model there should be a recall and a refund.

The timer is easy to use and you can go about your day without worrying that your food will be burnt to the bottom. This crockpot makes it easy for even someone new to slow cookers to use and prepare meals. The size is perfect for a small family and we have had room to prepare enough for leftovers. It's sturdy and the crock is dishwasher safe which I love. You can't go wrong with this slow cooker!

The features this one has was a little overwhelming But I over came that after reading the simple directions. I made a pot roast and filled it up to the top with meat and vegetables. I chose the automatic schedule meal feature selected the food type, time and temp. At the end of the cooking time it switched over to keeping it warm. It automatically selected the length of time (1 hour) and when it was done with that time did again for 30 mins. When I was ready, hoping the bottom wasn't burnt, it was dead on. No mushy vegetables and the meat was tender. I made vegetable soup, no boil over or mush. Dry beans turned out great. You can still use the manual high, low feature but the technology with this crock is awesome.

I have made ribs, chicken tortellini soup,chili and stovetop chicken casserole in this Crockpot. All my recipes have came out perfectly. I love how can i can set it to poultry,meat,veggie or soup and say what time I want the meal done. It truly is a fix it and forget it meal.My food is ready at the time requested, not over or under cooked. It's great for my family of four.

I like the digital display on this one as well as the "MyTime" feature to avoid overcooked meals. There are tons of crockpot recipes on the internet- it's so easy to put the ingredients in and it does all the work for you. Meanwhile your house smells amazing! I like to use this on the weekends especially for an easy meal with less work since we are eating out less due to the pandemic. Highly recommend!

It was so great to be able to just set it for poultry and the crockpot automatically set the cook time. It was a little difficult at first to figure out how to select the settings but after reading the instructions, it became more clear. The chicken ended up being ready just in time for dinner and the meat was so juicy and falling off the bone. I am looking forward to using this crockpot for many other meals!

It saves me so much time being able to throw a handful of ingredients into the pot, walk away for 4 hours, then come back to a ready-to-eat meal! The digital screen makes it easy to use and clearly shows the cook mode and timer. I also like how this model has a bunch of different settings you can program for different types of dishes. The dishes turn out perfect every time. I’m obsessed!

The 4qt was always slightly too small, this one fits more than enough of the recipes I’ve made. The only setting I’ve really used is the timer, which has been incredibly helpful for me because I ALWAYS forget how long it’s been cooking. I lost the directions but everything is easy to figure out. Also easy to clean which is always a plus.

The second cooking pot has a serious material defect; it is in the form of a hole in the lacquered finish about the size of a pea about half the height of the wall in the cooking chamber. While this hole doesn't go through the it does provide a rough porous pocket a few mm deep for food accumulation and is therefore unsanitary.

I cooked my first meal in it as soon as it arrived and it only took three to four hours,it tasted so yummy and the met was falling off the bone. I've alot of food I want to try in it. Its definitely worth it if you have school aged kids because of the fast prep time,the best thing that I've owned and always wanted one.everyone should have one!!

It comes with a battery so that the next time you use it, it will display the correct time even though it was not kept plugged in. This is a great feature because when you start to cook a meal, all you need to do is to enter the time you want the food to be done cooking, set the type of food you are making and the number of pounds, and it will automatically adjust the temperature! It takes all the guess work out of cooking in this crockpot! Once the meal is done cooking, it will automatically set the temperature to warm and keep the food warm till you are ready to eat. Many times I am running late from work so I love that it automatically does this for me! There is also a manual function if you prefer to cook that way. I have used it a few times for both chicken and beef and each time my meal has come out great! I also love the size of this crockpot. All of the meals I have made in it, have had plenty of room for all the ingredients. I love this crockpot and highly recommend it. It takes all the worry out of trying to figure out how long and what temperature you need to cook your meal!

I purchased the original MyTime Slow Cooker (SCCPVM650-PS) when they first came out in 2013. I’ve been using it for ten years and it has never failed me. The newer model appear to be easier to use, but mine is still working as good as ten years ago, so I’m waiting for it to die before I buy a newer one. When that happens, I will have the newer model the next day!
