Hi! I am gone daily from 6am-6 pm or later. With my current crockpot, when I turn it on when I leave, dinner is dried out on the warm setting. Will this model eliminate that problem? If it's set at 6 am, it will cook til 6 pm?

Low: 7-8 hours to reach the simmer point. High: 3-4 hours to reach the simmer point. Warm is 160 - 170&deg;F. Thank you very much.
