Hello! We’re sorry to hear you're having trouble with the screen on your Crock-Pot® Programmable 6-Quart Slow Cooker. Since the lights are lit up and the batteries have been replaced, it sounds like there may be an issue with the screen itself. We recommend unplugging the unit for a few minutes, then plugging it back in to see if that resets the screen. If the issue persists, please reach out to us via https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us or through LiveChat. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9 am -5 pm Eastern Time. Hello Ashley0729, this is from CrockPot Thanks for reaching out to us. There is a timer so you can always see exactly how long you have until the food is ready and once it switches to keep warm it starts to count up so you know how long it has been on that mode as well. Hello, Thanks for reaching out to us. On your slow cooker, both High and Low stabilize at the same temperature 209°F; it is just a matter of how long it takes to reach the simmer point. On High, it takes approximately 3-4 hours, whereas, on Low, it takes approximately 7-8 hours to reach the simmer point. On the Warm setting, your slow cooker will achieve 165-175°F. Please remember that these are all approximate temperatures and they can vary depending on what you are cooking. If you have any more questions, please reach out to us via https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us or through LiveChat. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9 am -5 pm Eastern Time. Hello there Niclac! Thanks for reaching out to us. We will be more than happy to answer your question! Advanced design now allows for a more effective release of steam from the cooker, which prevents any buildup of pressure and/or damage to your lid. There should be no concern if you see a small gap between your lid and the crock itself. For further assistance with this matter, please reach out to us via https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us or through LiveChat. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9 am -5 pm Eastern Time.
