Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

No longer like this machine
My machine quit working half way through my meal being cooked. It's less than one year old and without any reason at all - it just quit working!! I recently had an old crock pot that lasted over 18 years!!! I am very disappointed in this programmable pot expecially during this quarantine time - when all americans are suppost to stay home!

Too hot@
I really like this Crockpot, but the 4th time I used it, the Low setting was bringing my chili to a boil rather than simmer on the left side. I turned it to Warm, came back 15 minutes later, and the whole pot was boiling. I'll absolutely try it again, but I like cooking my chili in a low setting. Other than that, it's great.

Fast cooker
My mom bought me this for Christmas and I've used it twice. The first time I put on 8 hr and it cooked in 5-6. So today I tried 10 hr and it cooked in 3-4. Not sure if it's heating element is messed up but glad I was home due to it melted the crockpot bag I had in it. So I guess I have a fast cooker instead of a slow cooker.

After just a couple of uses, the indicator lights stopped working. It would still heat though, I just had no way of knowing what setting it was on. That phase was short lived, however, and now it won't heat whatsoever. Luckily I continue to save my old crockpot since the new ones always seem to end in disappointment.

high and low temperatures
I bought this as a replacement to one that I had for over 20 years. I was excited because the lid locks when being stored. I do not like the fact that i have to cook certain temperatures high or low. If I need something to cook 4 hours on low I cant. I am stuck with it now because I have used it a couple of times.

Great all purpose crock pot
Love this crock pot! The size is fantastic to make large quantities. Very easy to use, and the design makes cleanup a breeze. The temperature controls are nice because there are different levels that you can set it to for different types of items you’re cooking. Will last for a long time to come, very versatile.

I have enjoyed this crock pot, but all of a sudden the pot leaked due to cracking... I am so disappointed that I have to replace this relatively new crock pot, because I have handled this with extreme care from day #1... I take care of my stuff & this is a complete let-down!

My daughter got me this crockpot for my Birthday. I have used it a couple of times and the last time I turned it on, the light came on as if the power was on but, it would not heat. I dont know if there is a short in it or what the case may be .Very disappointed.

Great product
This crackpot looks so nice. It is a quality one and great durability. The pot can remove to clean and very easy to clean because it is non-stick material. It is a 6 quate size that can fit the whole turkey. The function isn't complicated. My mom loves it so much.

I never used slow cooker before,so it is new thing for me. It have vacuum sealer and 2 cooking levels. very minimalistic design. it is good that the plate can be used in macrowave and in oven.was easy to assemble. Haven't tried yet, will come with updates.

Poor Quality
Broke in less than 2 years. We try to select a cooking level and the power light just flashes, no heat. There is a rattling noise inside the base, assuming something with the heating coil came loose and caused a short circuit. Now it's junk in a land fill.

Super easy to clean and did exactly what a crockpot needed. Anytime i use the crockpot, my intention is to make a big meal so i don’t have to cook the following day. This definitely was big enough to do so. Excited to see how it holds up.

The bowl part of the crockpot moves too much if you’re stirring, the outer shell gets way too hot and I’ve burnt my hands on it too many times which is an incredible hazard.. Overall seems like it runs too hot even on a low cook setting.

This crock pot is up high on my list of kitchen appliances. It’s sleek, has a locking lid which is awesome for traveling to parties, & has a warm feature so your food doesn’t get cold! It’s perfect & I’ll be using it all the time.

Horrible! Theparts fall off and it becomes useleff
Do not buy this product. I used it twice and the pin fell off during cleaning in sink and now the lid won't clamp down without it. Horrible and I have to toss it because I don't have my reciept. Buyer beware, piece of junk.

I bout mine little over a month ago and the power light flashes anthe 4 hr, 6hr etc will flass up one time but doesn't stay on only light that stays on is the power light and it just flashes and it doesn't heat up at all

I bought this crockpot about two months ago and I've used it twice. It cooks really hot even on warm. It's always bubbling - even on warm. I don't latch the cover down. I even left the cover off and it still bubbled.

Lid shattered after one use.
I purchased the crockpot a few months ago and used it for the first time yesterday. I washed the lid and placed it in the dish drain. After about 30 minutes, the lid shattered into pieces. No one was near it.

I used my crockpot twice and the Lid Shattered... You have to jump through hoops and take a a ton of pictures to try and get a replacement lid! I had my old one for 20 yrs and no problems! this one is crap.

WORKED GREAT BUT THE LID LOCKING CLAMP BROKE OFF WHEN I WAS CLEANING IT. THE RIVET CAME LOOSE AND THE CLAMP WOULD NO LONGER LOCK. CANNOT EVEN FIND A REPLACEMENT LID ANYWHERE
