Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

You can’t go wrong with a crock pot slow cooker. It’s easy to get things ready the night before and throw it all in the pot before work. Coming home at the end of the day to a savory smelling fabulous dinner is great! Has high and low settings depending on what you’re cooking. I have two sizes of crockpot because you can make so much in them. You just throw anything in there and forget it for several hours and it’s perfect for dinner time. I most use the larger one for making shredded chicken - just a few chicken breasts and seasonings and in a few hours I have the main ingredient for sandwiches or tacos or chimichangas. Way easier than trying to figure out how to make shredded chicken on a stove.

My Second One
I bought an earlier version of this pot 10 years ago and loved it. When my granddaughter moved out on her own I gave it to her (along with many other kitchen tools she "admired" from my kitchen). I have replaced nearly all of the items and finally bought another Crock-Pot. I have been enjoying becoming reacquainted with its charms...especially bone-in turkey breasts with veggies. Going to try crock-pot lasagna next.

As i do love your products, i am disappointed with this latest crock pot i purchased. I purchased the 4 quart black digital slow cooker 1 month ago, and the slow on the digital stopped working. I will not spend money on another one.

first off: it is perfect for those long workdays where you come home and just want food. Throw stuff in the pot before you leave and BAM dinner is ready. Also I have found so many easy recipes from pinterest that are easy crockpot meals that are inexpensive and cooks so many. it just takes some of the hassle off of cooking for yourself.

This was my first "grown up" cooking purchase when I was about 19. I got it on sale at Target and it has been nothing but good to me. You can put whole meals in there with no worries of messing up dinner. It saved me plenty days making dinner and it has aged pretty well. You can't go wrong with a crock pot trust me. It's for the pros and and the amateur In the kitchen.

Love my Crock Pot
I bought this a while back and it is the best thing in my kitchen. I have made everything in it and it has never let me down. Crock-Pot is a very realiable name brand and I wouldn't use any other, that's why I was so happy when they came out with the muli-cooker!!! Exceeds our expectations!
This is our second Crock Pot, our first being one of the original models, over 42 years old and still cooking. We wanted a larger unit with a secure lid and, due to our experience with the first one, we went back to Crock Pot and bought this model. It is a good value. The hot cycle is nice and hot. Our food cooks while we're at work or play reliably.

I love using the slow cooker. It is great to put some food in it before heading to work and coming home and having a great meal already ready. It is also really easy to keep food warm while waiting for other family members to come home. The Crock-Pot itself is not too expensive and if you get some liners for it it's really easy to clean and maintain.

Love love love a crock pot makes everything so tender the best of just put the ingredients on use what ever setting the recipe calls for and walk away and go about your day and dinner is made for you. The meat is so tender my favorite thing is chicken or roast in the the crock pot so yummy would definitely recommend this product to anyone

Poor Features
Last night I had company over for dinner and a pot of soup cooking. While we were visiting we heard a loud popping noise and to my surprise, my lid has exploded and completely shattered in my entire pot of soup; leaving me with nothing to feed my guests. Aren't these lids supposed to be tempered glass? Not very happy at all!!!

First of all, the clasping lock feature on the lid is just ingenious. Comes in super clutch when you are traveling with it to friend and family events, full of delicious dips without the fear of it spilling all over your car, forever leaving the smell of rotel and velveeta dip. It's bulky but worth it (and holds SO much dip).

Best Brand of Slow Cooker
I bought this Crock Pot about 6 months ago to replace a slow cooker I had from another brand. I just have to say how superior the temperature control on this Crock Pot is to my previous slow cooker. I also find it much easier to use because the controls are simpler and it is bigger, so it holds a much larger amount of food.

I love my crockpot
I had my first crock pot for 8 years, the second one my mom handed down to me and I have had it for 5 years. I have a crack in it (my fault I have a porcelain sink and it slipped out of my hand) and I am going to get another when I get the extra money saved up!!! When you buy yours....you will LOVE your crock pot too.

I’ve had my crock pot for years, so don’t judge the picture lol. It works just how you would expect it to! I always use the low setting. It’s easy to clean the inside, I just put my lid and black pot in the dish washer. You will have to unscrew the screw to get the water out from under the handle of the lid though

Great for work potlucks!
When a workplace potluck calls for a large vat of food, this Crock-Pot is the way to go. I've made mac and cheese, hot chocolate, brisket, and beef stroganoff so far for potlucks at work. The latching lid is the key; it keeps the contents from making a mess in the car as I transport from home to work.

I've never had a bad meal come from this Crock Pot. Slow and steady. I've made ribs, pot roasts, chicken and dumplings, etc. The list goes on! The price is fair. I've had mine for 10 years and still going strong. Very dependable brand. I also have a mini one for lil smokies in bbq sauce and dips.

We love using the crockpot. We use it mostly in the winter. Endless possibilities. Taco soup, chili, pot roast, boneless pork chops with gravy, crack chicken, lots of things! It’s so easy. I recommend using the crockpot bags so it’s easier to clean but other than that it’s so easy to use.

This is the best crackpot for those big side dishes, meals or just large pieces of meat. Multiple settings gives you all the choices you need to cook or just keep warm. The crock is very easy to clean. These last for a long times as I've had mine and used it a lot for 10 yrs at least.

I bought this crock pot in order to make chili and transport it without a mess. I am so glad that I did. It is great for everything. I made a beautiful pork roast for Easter. Had roasted chicken for dinner after a long day at work. Made perfect green bean casserole. I love it!

Love the Locking Lid
I have used a crock pot for years without a locking lid and have had many spills taking dishes to potlucks/parties. I finally decided to buy one with a locking lid and I love it! The size of the crock pot is wonderful and it heats so much nicer than my knock-off brand slow cooker.

I honestly don't use my crock pot very often because I don't have a lot of kitchen counter space and I'm not a morning person so I don't usually plan dinner eight hours ahead. But I do think it's great and easy for coming home to ready to eat meals when you remember to set it up.

I enjoy using this crock pot. This crock pot does it all for whatever your trying to make. Easy to set up and slow cook my beef or chicken and other additional ingredients added for a great dinner meal. I especially like to use it alot during the winter time when making soups.

Perfect timing! I have used this pot for hundreds of meals. It never fails. It is easy to use. The temperature settings make it easy to prepare diverse menu items each week. The snap locking lid allows for easy cook and go! Or like me we plug in the truck and cool on the go!

I bought my crockpot almost 7 years ago and recently I noticed a crack down the side (on one of the ends), it has started leaking when it's cooking and when it's soaking. I was hoping that I could just buy a replacement insert and wouldn't need to buy a new crockpot.

Being able to shop and make prep meals is great. Knowing that my kid can pull a bag out of the freezer and dump it into the Crockpot is a stress reliever. It's a time saver. It's a mess saver too. It doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter which is a plus
