Rated 1 out of 5 by SVO1 from Didn't last long :( The model of my Crock-Pot is actually SCR400-SP; I couldn't find it to select that model. I used it twice, without problem; on the third use, it died ... it didn't even get warm. I checked the outlet, and it was fine. I had guests coming over for dinner, so I had gone to the store to pick up a few things. When I got back, the pot was still cold. Unfortunately, we had to order carry-out! I bought my first Crock-Pot 40 years ago, and it's still working; however, I wanted a new one with the removal stoneware but it turned out to be a lemon!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by KoDan from Disappointed by the Stoneware I've used crockpot products for a long time - they're inexpensive and easy way to make amazing stews and meat. This the two I've attempted to purchase have very poor quality stoneware with lots of chips and scuffs that clearly weren't just the result of rough shipping. I don't really want to cook food in deteriorating stoneware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Justice03 from Amazing Cooker The heat is fabulous on this cooker. Great for so many meals, especially stew or chili. It is my favorite one to clean, because it is easier to manipulate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Asluppic from Just the right size! I bought three of these 4.5 quart crock-pots for our church. We have the 6 quart but for small groups that was too big. This is the right size to make soup, sauce, vegetables or anything really for a small group. We have put them to great use already.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mo1950 from Love my replacement Crock Pot I lost my dial and couldn't use my smaller Crock Pot. I bought a new one that is round with black and white circles. It has low, medium, high and warm. I love using this for meals I can make early in the day and then rest till my husband comes home for dinner. I am recovering from cancer so this is a blessing. The warm feature is great!
