Rated 3 out of 5 by Erinbear1977 from Incredible This is probably my favorite crock pot I have ever had. I love everything about it...up until today. As I took the inner stoneware crock out, the bottom fell off. This is such a disappointment as I use this one several times a week.

Rated 3 out of 5 by RangerMom44890 from Perfect size, not keen on the other features I requested a second slow cooker for Christmas to have as a backup. My husband had purchased one with all the bells and whistles, large, stainless steel, and then found out that I really just wanted another one similar in size to what I have (4-5 qt.), and nothing programmable. So he ended up returning the "state of the art" one he had originally purchased, and replaced it with this model. I have to say, I love the size, it is the perrrrrrfect size for just my husband and me, or when we have kiddos/grands over for dinner, or for making soup for lunch for the week, and I like the black matte finish on the base unit. However, for the life of me, I just can't get on board with the hinged lid. It doesn't seem to sit flush on the crock when in use, and when you open the lid, all of the condensation that has accumulated on the lid runs down into whatever you are cooking. This morning while pulling the crock out to use, I accidentally dropped the lid and it broke at the screw, and now I'm afraid after searching for a replacement lid, I won't be able to find one. Which is a shame, because I've only had it for a couple of months. :/

Rated 5 out of 5 by BDale from Love the size I bought this crockpot for our camper. I love the hinged lid. But I was using it in the house and had it sitting on the stove with a wonderful batch of homemade spaghetti sauce in it. And my husband went to make the noodles and turned on the wrong burner and melted the underneath side of the crockpot near the cord. Can I just buy a new base part without having to by a whole new crockpot?

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from The support lid and timer sold me! I’m 65 years old and never owned a Crock Pot till know. The support lid and timer sold me! I’m so worried about what time I set it or how long I set it. At my age I do not need to burn down the house. I looked all different crock pots with lids, this attached glass lid let’s me see what I’m cooking and makes me remember where I put the lid! And it’s a name brand maker of Crock Pots!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Churchlady from Too Hot I purchased the Lift and Serve model 2 weeks ago, primarily to take to church pot luck dinners, I thought the lift and serve lid was a great idea, no more drips. I'm so very disappointed in this model. I the one I bought was defective. I've tried 3 different tried and true slow recipes, and it over cooked each one. Yesterday it burned up a batch of crock pot candy. In less than 2 hours i had burned mass of chocolate and peanuts. The unit was set on the lowest setting, this recipe usually cooks for 6 to 8 hours back to Wal-Mart it goes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ken12343 from Missing rubber foot I bought this, used it one time and lost one of the rubber feet on the bottom. Now it doesn’t sit straight on the counter. I’m sure it probably wasn’t all the way in the hole or it got rolled out when it was slid across the counter. Either way it’s gone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Linda Mayne from I would purchase it again I like the crockpot the only issue i have is when you lift the lid up the condensation falls in the food. I like the fact that the lid stays on without trying to find a place to set it.
