Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.
Warranty
1 Year Limited Warranty. See Instruction Manual for Additional Details.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the automated features I've been using this slow cooker weekly for a few months, and I love it. Others have posted that theirs' stopped working after only a few uses. Mine has been working very well. I make a small stew that I cook on low all day. I use the timer to automatically shut it off after 8 hours. All these functions have worked very well. I also like how the lid can be locked to the outer pot when cooking is done. I've washed the lid and the crock itself weekly in the dishwasher without any troubles.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great slow cooker!! This is a great slow cooker!! I made chili with it and this slow cooker was perfect for it! The controls are very easy to use and simple, which I appreciate. But it does tend to get hotter than what it says, like on keep warm, it gets hotter than you would expect . It's very easy to clean. I do wish it was a bit larger, though it is easy to store away. I also really like how you can really seal the lid on the slow cooker preventing any spills.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great slow cooker I honestly don’t use a slow cooker much anymore because they are gadgets that have multi function. But I must say, this particular one works great for its intended purpose. I especially like that the lid stays in place. It cleans super easily, no elbow grease needed. I also like that I can use the warming function to keep food warm if I’m cooking for potluck. Easy to carry around. But, the edges get pretty hot so you have to be extra careful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good helper in the kitchen. The size of the Crock Pot is enough for a family of 4 people. The packaging says that it is for 4+, but I think it will not fit more than 4 servings. Depends on the dish being prepared. It is made well, there are no instructions for use as such. And there is no point in it, because the interface is very simple and even a child can figure it out. You can increase or decrease the heating level and that's it. The lid holds perfectly, you can easily take the prepared dish with you on the road and nothing will spill. The only thing I did not really like was the long heating. We prepared a sauce with meatballs and after an hour it was slightly warm. How long does it take for it to become hot, clearly more time. But otherwise, it is a good thing for the kitchen. It can be washed quickly and easily with a regular dish sponge. But the manufacturer claims that it can also be washed in a dishwasher.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my crockpot This is a simple yet powerful kitchen appliance. I always have problems with cooking beans with instant pot as they don’t cook well but when I tried this programmable cooker it made my life easier. I can set up the timer the night before and it keeps cooking slowly until next morning and my hot food is ready. Nutritionists say that slow cooking helps retain the nutritional value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good stuff Excellent thing. Definitely worth its money. There are two temperature control modes: low and high. Modeo to cook different dishes, it is very convenient and versatile. The lid closes tightly with a latch. It is not heavy and portable, easy to carry and put to cook for several hours. Inside the ceramic bowl, which makes the cleaning process easier. Easy to wash

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Very unhappy with this product. I have had it less than a year and a half. I used it either once or twice. I went to use it the other night. I put all the ingredients in and it wouldn’t turn on. No red light, nothing. I called the company and they said there is nothing they can do as I don’t have the receipt. The store I purchased it from went out of business.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice sleek & digital This crockpot is so nice. It came in handy at the right time during Thanksgiving . I wasn’t afraid I knew I could trust it to deliver into the night, It cooked and stayed warm as it was supposed to. I was able to travel with ease because of the lock and seal. Then plug it up while it kept my collard greens warm. The digital aspect was icing on the cake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect travel crockpot! This is a really nice crockpot! Love that it locks so that we can travel with it, I plan to use it for an upcoming baby shower and I’m glad that I don’t have to worry about the lid coming off! The crockpot itself heats up nicely and the auto warm function is SO nice! Cleaning it is a breeze since the inner pot comes out, or just use liners like me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for potlucks and holidays! As someone who loves to cook, but doesn’t have a lot of time, slow cookers have always been a lifesaver for me. This one is particularly useful, thanks to the ability to easily latch the lid shut. I can quickly and safely transport my food. Yay! Crock-pot is my go-to brand for its reliability and durability. I’ll be using this frequently!

I like that you can program how long you want it to run, and it will automatically switch to keep warm when it is done. It's easy to add more time by just pressing the plus or minus buttons. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lightwerweight crockpot This crockpot feels lighter than ones I have at home of the same size. I love that the cover can lock in place, making traveling with it a lot easier. I also like how Im able to program how long to cook it for. Sometimes my husband can get out of work early, some days not. So having a timer on our food helps not over cook it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy! I’m always hesitant to try new cooking devices because i’m terrified I will do something wrong and burn the house down. Good news: this crockpot is pretty fool proof. I did not even need to read instructions to know how it works. Just pick the mode (high or low) and set the time. Super easy to clean and made cooking so fun!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Locking bellies I used this crockpot while making oxtails during Christmas and I was a little nervous as I replaced my old crockpot for this newer one I got for free and let me stay I loved that it is more modern I liked that you can lock the lid. I will say it was a little smaller than my old one but it did just perfect with the oxtails.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Safe This product is really nice to have. This was my first time using it and I love it. I programmed it for 8 hours and after it finished it switched to warm mode. I was not expecting it to do that, I assumed it was going to turn off. Thankfully the meat I had in there takes a long time to cook. It was on for almost 24 hours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Crock lip chipped The crock arrived straight out of the box with a chip on the crock lip. While it won’t impact the function, I do worry it will get worse overtime. Functional wise this is a good size for a small family or even for bringing a side dish to holiday party. Locking lid helpful for party transport

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Crockpot! This is the perfect size crockpot! Lighter to carry/handle, but can still hole an entire dinner for 4 people. I also used it for Thanksgiving this year and it was amazing bc I didn’t have to worry about having any sides that were ready by the time everything else was. 100% recommend!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great size, upgrade from the older models I’ve owned several Crockpots, but this is my new favorite! I love being able to set a time limit and then it switches to warm. The latching lid is great, but don’t latch it while cooking!! This is a 4qt crock, but it holds much more than I expected.
