Care & Maintenance

ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

This is the 2nd crockpot that I've owned that has cracked during use/heat and eventually broke apart. replacement parts were unavailable/ backordered. The quality of the crockpot brand has degraded over the yrs. My grandmother has a 35+ yr old unit that still functions great but the new stuff is far less quality in my opinion.

My photos are to show while low and high have cooking times illuminated if you choose warms you don’t get a timer option. I used this to both cook and transport my green beans to Thanksgiving! In the past I would use a bungee cord around my 6 quart crock pot to transport food. The locking lid is so convenient and the size is way more manageable to carry. I have also used to make and take meatballs to a Christmas party. I will certainly use this frequently! Thank you for this amazing product Influenster and crock pot!

Rated 5 out of 5 by MzGlo from Keeps on truckin’ Had mine several years, a cranberry color from Sam’s Club. Can’t find the model number online but it looks like this. It’s heavy and May be over 4-qt. I love it, never fails but I wish I had a smaller one since we’re empty nesters now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rae S from Broke after 3 uses and Crockpot won’t replace it I received this Crockpot as a gift 8 months ago. It worked perfectly fine the first time I used it. The second time i used it, it kept shutting off and on. I followed the instructions and reset it. After resetting the crockpot, it seemed to be working again. I tried to use it for a 3rd time this week and it wouldn’t do anything but flash the “Keep Warm” and “Low” and would not heat up. I contacted customer support and told them that I received it as a gift and it stopped working after 8 months. They told me that this falls outside of their warranty and they can’t help me. So basically Crock Pot does not stand behind their products and expects you to buy a brand new one after their product stops working 8 months in. I guess I will have to find a new company to spend my money with.

Rated 1 out of 5 by foot fell out from Rubber feet fall off I was enjoying using my slow cooker until one of the rubber feet fell off and was lost. The other 3 have held tight, but the whole cooker tilts. To prevent this I have to put something like a coin or something else to try to level it out. I decided to all customer service and that is where the rub comes in. I am sent to web page to find a provider of parts none of which offer the small rubber foot. Very disappointed to have to deal with this aggravating problem. p.s. I also tried to submit a photo but the website will not allow it with my MacBook Pro device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by danieller346 from Perfect for a busy lifestyle This crockpot is the perfect size for my family of two and holds just the right amount of food where we have some leftovers but not for a week. I love how the lid clasps on tight and doesn't just slide off while transporting. It's easy to clean with the removable stoneware that is dishwasher AND oven safe, score!! I love that it displays your time so you can keep track of when it will be done. It's easy to throw a meal together in it, set it and forget it until after work, but even if it's done before you get off, it automatically sets to keep warm once the timer is complete so it doesn't over cook your food or burn it. The convenience is excellent for a busy lifestyle and gives me back more time to enjoy doing other things rather than cooking for hours.

It is the perfect size for me to make soups and stews and dips and absolutely everything! While I like the other, larger models I own they can be too big for the lives me and my family are currently living. I love the clamp closure too. I've never had that before and it took the anxiety out of transporting my buffalo chicken dip. It cleans up super easily in the dishwasher and it's just awesome. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Both High and Low stabilize at the same temperature of 209&deg;F:
- On High, it takes approximately 3-4 hours to reach 209&deg;F.
- On Low, it takes approximately 7-8 hours.
- On the Warm setting, your slow cooker will achieve 165-175&deg;F.

After you take the stoneware out from the oven, it should cool off before putting it back to the base - there is a big difference between the temperatures, which may result in a damage.

The heating base is subject to residual heat from the cooking cycle. Due to the proximity between the heating element and the exterior of our slow cookers, it is normal for them to get quite hot on the outside. Therefore, on both the outside of the unit and in the product's instruction manual we recommend using a hot pad if you need to touch the unit during cooking. Do not touch the heating base immediately after removing the stoneware. Allow cooling before handling.
