Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor warranty/questionable product quality So disappointed- product was purchased from Target, and the tempered glass lid showed cracks with the first use. Not only was my meal ruined, but there has been no response from Crock-pot’s warranty department after the promised “two day” timeframe. It also appears there is no matching lid available for purchase. Just another disposable electronic slated for the landfill.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Knob not working We bought this Crock Pot four months ago. We’ve used it maybe three times a month since. Last week I plugged it in and after an hour it hadn’t heated up. I double checked the outlet but nothing. Finally I checked the knob and realized ot wasn’t securely on any setting. It finally worked, but I had the same problem today. The knob is flimsy and there’s no indicator light.

My grandmother could make the best concoctions in these and always something different, even meals I did not think you could slow cook. This pot is lightweight and durable at the same time. You can fit enough for a whole family meal in there. The smell of the slow cooker sitting in the kitchen all day really gets you ready to eat. Whether it’s roast, sloppy Joe’s or chicken noodle soup, you’re going to be satisfied with what is removed from this pot. Let’s eat!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product :) It makes cooking dinner or meal prepping so easy and simple. You can just toss all your ingredients in during the morning and by evening dinner is ready. This is a very sturdy crockpot and super easy to use. The lid and the insert can go in the dishwasher which makes cleanup a breeze. It's not overly large like some other crockpots and is easily stored away in my cabinets when I'm not using it. I honestly think it's great value for money based off the easy meal prep and time this has saved me.

It's been ideal that I can put some food on before I go to work and have it ready for when I get back. Easy to clean. It looks nice too, fits in with a modern kitchen. It's great value for money. What I have started doing to make the cleaning up even easier, is using the disposable clear liner bags from home bargains. Once you've got your food out, no washing up to do apart from your dishes!

It heats evenly, cooks stews and chili beautifully, and keeps food warm without burning. Cleanup is easy since the insert is removable and dishwasher safe. The size is great—not too bulky but big enough for a whole chicken or a batch of soup. Definitely recommend if you want something reliable and simple to use.”

Unfortunately, I am unable to exchange it because I live overseas & it was bought in the USA. I know that the converter I am using works perfectly good but this crock pot is just not working. It really sucks because I have wanted one for a very long time & they are crazy expensive where I live. Wish I had been given a different brand/model.

This the two I've attempted to purchase have very poor quality stoneware with lots of chips and scuffs that clearly weren't just the result of rough shipping. I don't really want to cook food in deteriorating stoneware.

This is a life changer, pop the food in set the time and go to work, clean run some errands and by time your done you have an amazing meal that took you 10 mins or less to prepare. Sleek and shiny with many different settings to set and cook. If you need more time like work set it in low and go. Easy to wash and clean up.

My mother could feed a family of six out of one crock pot (barring a side or two) and my wife and I use it to portion for just the two of us. Very simple and versatile!

I've had a couple crock pots in the past, all were insulated so that the outside was warm but not hot to the touch. this model seems poorly made and very dangerous especially if a person has children.

Throw a few things in, leave for work, and come home to a delicious meal! Cleaning it is straight forward, I just let it soak with some soap and water overnight and rinse it out in the morning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lettering for temperature came off I purchased about two years ago. The lettering has worn off and I have to guess at the temperatures. Are there and decals that I can purchase with the heating designations, to place back on the unit. Otherwise I really enjoy using my crockpot for many types of meals.
