Manual Slow Cooker (Model CPSCRM45-MR-122) has three basic settings: HIGH: This setting cooks food faster, typically reaching temperatures around 300&deg;F (149&deg;C). It's suitable for recipes that need to be done in 3&ndash;4 hours. LOW: This setting cooks food more slowly, usually reaching around 190&ndash;200&deg;F (88&ndash;93&deg;C). It's ideal for all-day cooking (6&ndash;8 hours or more). WARM: This setting is not for cooking but for keeping food at a safe serving temperature after it is cooked (around 165&deg;F or lower).
