Rated 2 out of 5 by from I bought this product early last year I think it was(?). I noticed right off how hot it cooked so I never left the house while using it. The power cord is also very stiff but not a problem. I guess I used it about four times and noticed yesterday while I was emptying it that it is cracked. Can I buy a replacement crock? This isn't a deal breaker for me. I still love your products. I would still recommend this crockpot but would tell the issues I have found.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cracked dish I just bought this from Amazon. Cooked in it one time and the whole insert has a crack all the way through it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from base quit working I bought the Programmable Casserole Crock in 2017, I used it 2 times, it worked good, slow in heating but I could adjust to that. The third time just last week 9/2019 the base quick working, It just stopped. Left me with cold pork sandwiches. So definitely disappointed. Where does one take it back to sservice it. I threw the sales slip away.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from dont leave unatteded I have cooked 2 casseroles in the cooker. Disregarding the lid that came with it has a defective and in about 2 weeks now a replacement is arriving today or tomorrow. But, back to cooking each of the 2 casseroles while on "keep warm" overcooked and stuck on the bottom. It seems to be too hot while the casserole was keeping warmed, when I inserted a thermometer it registered 208 degree. Not an appliance that I will use often in the future. Very disappointed. Their shipping department is also very untrustworthy as they provided me with an incorrect tracking number which was even with a different carrier. Oh, well, all things cannot be perfect. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great addition to my small appliance collection It's really hard to find recipes for this casserole slow cooker, and I am having difficulty converting traditional casserole recipes. With that said, I do love this casserole slow cooker, even if it's just to keep a traditional cooked casserole warm...bake in this insert then transfer to the base for serving. I made a casserole that called for a 6 qt slow cooker, but that was only because of the width limitation of an oval cooker. The 3.5 qt fit everything fine.
