Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Like I said, “Love it!”. But, my husband accidentally knocked it off the counter. The stoneware liner must be replaced. I’m not seeing one in the replacement parts. Can you help me out?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Performance fine My concern is safety. I found a split in the outer coating of the power cord exposing bare wiring. It appears to be a design defect in that the wire position has a 90 degree bend when in use causing unnecessary stress on the power cord. I was on link thinking there may be a manufacturing product recall.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from High setting temperature stays on 158F I bought my Croc-Pot from Target couple of years ago and used it very occasionally for cooking meat, may be once a quater. Just the other day I decided to make something different and make a soup in it. Unfortunately the soup even on high setting took long time to cook like it was on a low seeting, may be around 8 hours vs 4 hours. And it was a simple ham and potato one. I never questioned a tempreture since I always used high setting and always cooked only meat. Thanks God hadn't been poisoned by food in it. I beleive now I can not cook anything there and it's useless because it simply does not hold the right tempreture. I really like the design and the whole idea of Croc-Pot. Is it possible to replace or fix the base so it gives the right temperature so I can use it further?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from perfect size I bought one of these because for our family it's the perfect size. However, from day one it has not worked properly. It seems to heat up (you can feel heat on the outside), but nothing cooks in it! I need to know where I can return it for a replacement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from PLASTIC CLIPS FOR LOCKING THE LID ARE WORTHLESS! I got this crock pot for a gift about 8 months ago and I'm very careful with everything that I own. I have a crockpot that is 30 years old and still looks like me. It's not me, its the cheap plastic. The plastic part on the lid crack and break and then the part attached to the crock pot break on the other side. These are made very badly. I am looking for a crock pot just like this but without all the plastic hardware on it. I called customer service and was left on hold for over 25 minutes while the gal was looking up some things for me. It should not take that long to look up a few things. Do they make this crock pot without the plastic hinged stuff?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No replacement lid?? I bought this a few months ago and have used it a few times (less than five times). I like it for making smaller recipes, or making half of a recipe. Today the top handle broke on it and I’m disappointed to find out I cannot order a replacement lid. This crock has a very specific design, so it’s not like I’ll be able to use a different lid to fit it. :-(
