Rated 3 out of 5 by from I like it, but you can easily get burned I've had mine for a few years but haven't really used it much, I just I'm using it tonight and didn't realize that the metal band around the top is pretty much as hot as the inside is. I didn't realize it and went to push it back further on the corner and burnt the crap out of my finger. The outside should not get that hot. A kid could easily put their hand on it and burn themselves really bad.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wonderful at first, did not last Loved the shape and size, perfect for casseroles and dishes that you did not want to turn over on themselves a lot, was my weekly go to for 2 years. Never had a problem with the lid or the crock, the finish was fine did not stick. I used it only in my home, did not travel, and I am very careful with my appliances. Something came loose and started rattling very early - after maybe 10 uses/2 months - in the heating base. It got worse, and by the end of the first year, stopped using it weekly and went to monthly because it made me nervous. I would only use it when I was home and awake. I finally tossed it because when I went to use it this weekend, there were so many pieces rattling around I was afraid to use it at all. I did not see a way to open the casing and fix it. Overall, this is a great size and shape and always liked using it, but knowing how careful I was, I am not sure I could recommend it because it did not seem to last that long. I do not think this is isolated because I was so excited after the first 2 uses I bought one for my daughter and hers did the same thing, just took a bit longer, about 6 months before it started rattling. Maybe it is flat, elongated design? Which is sad because that is my fave part!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too hot!!! I thought this would be perfect for our large family buffets but I am so disappointed in it. It burns everything I have tried and I only have used the warm setting. Rigatoni, baked beans and pulled beef all were scorched while on the very lowest setting. This was a gift so no way to return but I would not recommend.

I love your products and I love the actual size of this one, but I’m so disappointed that I now can’t use it. I tried to get a new lid from where I purchased it from and they said there was nothing they could do

I absolutely love this crock pot, the size snd shape make it perfect for sliced meat or casseroles. However, even though it was supposed to be oven safe, it cracked and spilled ham and juice all into my oven, such a mess! When I contacted Customer service, I took was offered a $20 standard model. I paid 3 times that amount for this unit. The agent was very rude. I'll replace mine myself, but not with a crock pot brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need replacement stoneware I love your brand. I dont think we have owned any other brand. My son was getting our rectangular cockpit out and it slipped and he broke the stoneware. This particular item has been discontinued at the stores around my area; possibly by the brand but I really want to replace the stoneware. I have a large oval crockpot and my rectangular one, and they both are very useful to me! Do you all sell the replacement stoneware?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stopped heating on High after minimal use I was given this crockpot casserole as a gift and absolutely loved it. But it was short lived because it stopped working on the high heat, but still works on low heat. I usually use high heat for meals. My last one from the 90s still worked and this only last maybe 20 uses. I'd like a replacement and don't know how to get one. If customer service could reach out to rectify my issue, I will update my review to 5 stars.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I received this as a Christmas gift. It had a slight line through the liner….looked like a scratch. Didn’t think much of it. With continued use the scratch/crack grew. Today, it fell apart on that line. I loved the functionality of this crockpot. Disappointed in the quality of the liner. Is this something that I can replace without having to buy an entire new unit? It’s only a few months old!

Perfect for casseroles, slow-roasted meat, even soup and small and light enough to store and grab easily!!! Dishwasher makes clean up a breeze and unlike competitors, this has the best clamps on the lid! Can't find them now or I'd get them for everybody I know!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simplifying potlucks & lasagna So great to have this for slow-cooker lasagna, baked chicken, or shredded chicken or pork for BBQ. The handles make it so easy to take to potlucks and the locking lid makes it easy for transport. I was gifted this years ago and I use it when not using my other normal crocks (they are taller for roasts or turkey breasts). Mine is an older pattern instead of solid color design.

They were not used as much as my others, due to their size, capacity and shape. The ceramic bowl on the rectangular one shattered and made a huge mess. The stackable one had 2 cracks in it. Nice to have it flat and cook more even than having to wait for the center to cook and heat up. Ive even cooked chicken with stuffing in it! I would definitely recommend gettingone of these.
