Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet and cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side until browned.
Transfer chicken to Crockpot® slow cooker.
Add mushrooms and onion slices to skillet; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until onion slices are tender. Add wine, stirring to scrape up any browned bits from bottom of skillet.
Transfer mixture to slow cooker and sprinkle with basil, thyme, and oregano.
Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours.
