Rated 3 out of 5 by Psberry40 from Replacement parts ??? Love, love, love the crockpot express BUT can't get or find replacement parts. So I guess I have to ditch the crockpot and get an Instant pot now!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Alvm from DO NOT LOOSE THE VALVE Loved this crock-pot until I misplaced the valve. Cannot get a replacement online, which means this just became another overpriced slow-cooker in my closet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Svillemom from I'm cooking again! I bought this sucker, the big one, a week ago and I have been cooking ever since. I hate cooking, I like to bake sometimes, but I really hate cooking. I do love to do things in the crock pot and I love to steam veggies in my little steamer but both were too small for my family of 4 (they eat a lot) and we began looking for a bigger crockpot (6quarts is too small, lol). I saw this and thought I could steam plenty of veggies for the family and cook big pots of stew and roasts. I had no idea I would spend the first week cooking entire meals in this one pot every night! I actually enjoy it! I'm all about things being easy and this thing is. It has cut down on the amount of time I would have to spend cooking a meal, I can not make Kraft mac and cheese and hot dogs as fast as I can make a delicious home cooked meal in this pot. I throw it all in there, sometimes I cook the meat first and then add some veggies and let them cook together so that I don't overdo it. But having one non stick pan to clean and eating a delicious home cooked meal?! Say what?! I'm hooked and I can't imagine going back now. My only complaint is the fact that the cooking times are so vague in the booklet. But it is super easy to google things so not a huge deal but that is why I gave it 4 stars. And if you do google things look for instant pot recipes as there are far more of them to pick from and the two are virtually the same as far as cooking times from what I've seen. This was well worth paying full price for. We were eating out every night and spending over $700/wk just for dinners. The last week, I kid you not, we have spent less than $300 for dinner and cut out some lunches because we had leftovers. My husband said his wallet is screaming with joy, lol. I promise you, if you buy it, and you read and follow the directions (super simple but some people don't do it) you will fall in love with this thing. Clean up is so simple, just wash the pot and with it being non stick it is a breeze. I have never loved a cooking item as much as I love my crockpot express!

Rated 5 out of 5 by funsizetz from Love it! SO glad I bought this. Made chicken noodle soup from scratch and it cooked in 15. Wings came out great! This saves us SO much time. It's easy to use, people just need to actually read the instructions for first time use, and/or read other user's recipes/recommendations for timing/settings.

Rated 2 out of 5 by ughh from DELAY TIMER TOPS OUT AT 4 HOURS Love the product except for what seems to be a bone-head flaw in that the max the delay timer can be set is 4 hours. We all bought this pot because it cooks FASTER which means a person needs MORE delay time If you have a JOB and you want to make dinner in the morning to be ready in the evening after a couple of hours of faster cooking. Seems like there was probably a lawyer in the decision process to limit the delay to 4 hours. Very frustrated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jennora from First multi cooker and I love it I got this for Chirstmas and have made several meals already. It was very easy to use. I found it easy to take Instant Pot ideas and translate them to the Express. Family is delighted, we have dinner on the table in under an hour and the one pot makes for quick clean up I'LL BE GETTING THE 8 QUART WITH THE CRISPER

Rated 2 out of 5 by Kathy V from I bought this a couple of weeks ago as I needed a new Slow Cooker, however you can't find just a crock pot so easy. It really doesn't work like the old one, is it that the pressure valve is open? Is there another lid you can buy just for Slow Cooking. Not happy so far.
