Rated 1 out of 5 by ChrisB72 from Stopped working Purchased in May, used maybe 9 times and it stopped working. Right in the middle of a recipe. Power just turned off and won’t turn back on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by PeachSocket00 from Poor product This was a gift. Maybe I can resell it to someone. First off, the fact that there is no manual temp control makes this a non-starter, for me. Apparently, CrockPot knows exactly what temp everything needs to cook at, but in real life, this isn't the case. Second, the pot scratches at the slightest of Knicks...even a fingernail. Apparently CrockPot doesn't believe that stainless steel is more durable andgives better cooking results. Third, why does CrockPot offer things like steam baskets or extra pots? Cheaper is not always better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Stuck in the pot from ENGAGEMENT DINNER RUINED ive had mine for about 1 yr. cooked constantly only had the top fly off once when I used it to cook Noodles. as kinda scary but whats got me now is for my engagement party I was cooking a duck stew. when it was done the steamer went off for maybe 2-5 seconds and now the stew is stuck in the pot the top refuses to move and its been 2 days I thought when it cooled off id be OK. SO upset so disappointed and I thought i had it made as I've used to crockpot many times to make stews. So disappointing it was for us and our parents so we could share the news now his family thinks i can not cook

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jyn A from I should have bought an Instant Pot This is one of the worst products I've ever purchased. I purchased over a year ago after comparing the Express with the Instant Pot. The express seemed like the better product at a good price point. I was wrong. I tried using it multiple times when I purchased. E6 errors nonstop. I'm not a novice in the kitchen so I didn't think it was me. Today, I tried it again after coming across a recipe. What happened? An E6 error five times in a row. It's not too hot. There's plenty of water. This pot is just a piece of junk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Maggie May from Problems with code E5. I received as a gift Christmas 2018 and didn't have a chance to use it until 3-4 months later. Of course it's out of warranty and I have had constant problems with getting an E5 code after partially cooking. I have felt pot and it is not hot, have checked everything the manual said to. I choose this because I thought it was one of the better ones out there. I am so disappointed and know that Sunbeam company won't do anything about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Crystal2joz from No hSummer Humidity I have been large batch making rice and brown rice for years and freezing flat in freezer baggies. I always steam up the house and it gets really humid which is not pleasant in the summer. This lovely multi-cooker is a dream, I make risotto, rice, beans, baked beans, and lentils with ease. I love that I can use a couple steps for complicated dishes and saute!! I really wish that there were accesories like a round cake pan or a bread pan as I ran across an artisan bread recipe for a multi cooker/ pressure cooker/ steamer type appliance. TY! I love this cooker. <3
