Rated 2 out of 5 by TThomas from Wish the lid did not have removable piece The little piece on the top I believe that is for the steam has fell off and I can not locate - wish that is was not just sitting on there for it to fall off so easy. So I do not believe I can use this now. Other than that I liked before that happened. Will not buy another one of these because of that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sable from I love it, when I can use it I have the 6 quart version and up until 2 months ago I used it at least 2 to 3 times a week, and loved it especially for soups, curries, rice, roasts, etc. My toddler grand children have lost the steam release valve, the black plastic one on the the outside of the lid, and I cannot find a replacement. Even on your own website you have the valve, but only for the 4 and the 8 quart. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Rated 5 out of 5 by Florida retiree from Very happy and use it every day I have had my Crock Pot Express for 18 months and use it every day for breakfast porridge oats. I also use it for boiled eggs, soups, stews, spare ribs, steamed veg and cheesecake. I always read the instructions from cover to cover before even plugging it in, which I urge everyone to do. My only reservation is that if you don't ensure that the steam release valve is correctly aligned, the cooker can run out of steam before the food is cooked, which has happened to me. Just a slight misalignment can cause problems. It is also important to make sure that the sealing gasket is properly in place and that the cooker is not overfilled. I always use a long wooden tool and stand back if I need to manually release the steam.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nessa1971 from Works very well! I just purchased my Crockpot Express Thursday. I wanted to try it out to see if it worked as advertised, and it really does. I cooked chicken breast with veggies in 25 minutes. Worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Beth A from I love it! A little learning curve, once I remember to push the buttons in the right order, the pot does everything else. Love being able to brown meat, saute onions, and then add the rest of the recipe without another pan to wash. Would love to have a printed cookbook just for the Crockpot, not another brand of pot. Is there one available?
