Rated 2 out of 5 by Kamijw8 from Worked great, until it didn't. I received this as a gift at Christmas. It stopped pressurizing last month. I have replaced every part possible and cleaned every inch, nothing works. I am so disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by scififiend from Loved it the first year...then it broke. I bought the 8 Quart Multi-Cooker Black Friday weekend, 2018. I have used it regularly since then. I've never had any issues with it until it just stopped working. It's never been mishandled in any way. Of course it only has a one year warranty. I'm very disappointed in the lack of longevity of this product. I've had a Crock Pot slow cooker for years and never had any issues with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by dm7918 from Recipe book? Works great- I really like it, but there was no recipe book in my box. There was an owner's manual, but it contains no recipes, just instructions, tips, and cooking tables.

Rated 2 out of 5 by ShaeB from I want to love it but... The silicone seal under the lid is constantly loose and after 3 uses, the bottom of the pot is scraping up (I only use wood or silicone spoons) and now unusable. Should have bought the insta pot that comes with stainless steel pot
