Rated 1 out of 5 by Carrie1027 from Brought my Crockpot XL to Parents I bought this October of 2018. I would expect a kitchen appliance over $50. To last more than 2 years. This barely made it to 1 year. The display will not work and the cooler doesn’t show anything when plugged in. So instead of being able to eat within an hour it is now being placed in the oven to cook a small 3 pound boneless butterball. After this experience I am more than disappointed with Crockpot.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Robert77 from Wish the pressure cooker worked I only used the slow cooking function on this machine until now. I tried the pressure cooking function today and steam comes out of the seal and the bobber valve. I looked at the seal and it is fine. It runs for 15 minutes and shuts off with a E6 code. Ive tried everything it says in the manual and no luck. Very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ehubbx4 from Error code I bought this a year & 1/2 ago. 6 months after using it I started getting an E6 error code but was always able to get it to work. Now it just keeps giving the E6 error code & I cant get it to work. I replaced the seals on the lid & tried everything. It just isn’t working anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Brianbee from AWESOME Got our 8Qt Express Crock XL Multi-Cooker for Christmas 2018. I'm retired and have taken up cooking as a hobby. Oh, how I love this pot. No problems (some to hear some had problems) and I have made great pot roasts, stuffed cabbage, pork chops and rice, etc. I let the kids know when I'm cooking and they are on the door step. Great product. Highly recommend to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by tomg from Piece of junk We bought this as a replacement to a pressure cooker. First the inner pot the coating started coming of 1 month after using. Second The seal ring we bought 5 already in 5 months they wear way to fast. Third the pin and seal keep falling out had to replace them also. None if this happened with our previous Pressure cooker. Just sad because we have several crock pots and they work great for years. We bought the crock pot Express in October 2018. Now it's being replaced not even a year later. I thought

Rated 4 out of 5 by Shay4235 from This is a time saver! I bought this 8 qt Express during the Black Friday sales. I wasn't too sure about it and it took 3 months for me to take it out of the box. Shame on me!!! My older brother told me to get an 8 qt because 6 qt wasn't quite big enough for his family and due to frozen meat...it fits easier!! Downside, you have to be so careful not to scratch the inside due to lack of replacement pans for 8qt. I wanted to do multiple things and having an extra insert would be perfect. Still a winner. I need a glass lid for the crockpot use. Otherwise, still loving this.
