Rated 1 out of 5 by eMBe from No replacement parts I love the 4qt size of this crockpot, it is perfect for food preparation for two or three people. Perfect for retired couples who don’t want to spend 3 to 4 hours watching the pot on the stove. My greatest disappointment, though, is no replacement for the silicone seal or the insert. The seal retains food odors, and the insert is a little bit bent so that when the cover is lifted off, the insert sometimes comes with it. I wanted to keep a few seals and another insert in hand. This is just the right size for one or two people. You are missing the retirement market here. It would be a five star rating on convenience and ease of use, but with no replacement parts I give it a one. You can do better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Grampy from 4 qt. Express Pressure Cooker Purchased last year. I am the man of the house and the wife does most of the cooking. Except, when I get my hands on a great beef roast. I have used the Cooker to prepare multiple beef shoulder roast and one pot roast. All have come out super juicy, moist and fall apart tender. I like everything about it except one thing, the lid gasket. I works just fine, but cleaning it is a bear. I remove it from the lid for cleaning, but even after multiple trips to the dish pan it still has a strong odor of beef. Not sure if I am why. I wonder if it is dishwasher safe, but I have not tried that for fear of ruining it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Montana Gramma from Just learning! A Question Just learning how to use all the features; is it safe to use glass containers in the instipot? If they are labeled "microwave safe" or "oven safe" or "dishwasher safe" are they safe to use in the instipot when I'm using it as a cake pan, etc.? I got a smaller one because I didn't think I needed the larger size; however, it's hard to find pans that will fit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Maria60 from Parts easily fall off and get lost.. I bought the 8QT Model SCCPPC800-DS, used it about 4 times, the next time I pulled it out to use the Bobber Valve was gone. I'm really bummed... Can't find the exact called out part anywhere for purchase. Not to happy about spending that much on a product that falls apart that easy. Worked great when it was able to function.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dogpatch from Great little machine!! I bought this last week after thinking about buying an instant pot for months. I like that this one was smaller and took up less room. I've cooked soup, green beans and Mexican chicken and all turned out great. Love the non-stick coating on the main pan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Grandma from Easy to Use, I have used pressure cookers for many years. This Multi cooker is one of the easiest to use than any one I used before. A first time user of a slow cooker/pressure cooker will not have any problems. 4Qt. size is perfect for one or two people .

Rated 5 out of 5 by Aderyn from So convenient I was a little late to the party trying this because I had a stovetop pressure cooker so didn’t think I needed this. I was so wrong! This is much easier and more convenient. Sorry I waited so long!
