1 ½ tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and cut into thin slices
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 head bok choy, sliced
1 pound soba noodles, cooked
Instructions:
Heat oil in large skillet. Add pork, hoisin sauce, sugar and five-spice powder; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is browned. Remove pork mixture to Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
Add broth, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and bok choy to slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
Stir in soba noodles. Cover; cook on HIGH 10 minutes or until just heated through.
