Vegetarian Pizza Dip Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup vegan mozzarella
  • Vegan pepperoni (optional)
  • Vegan Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Parsley (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Grease the Crockpot® Slow Cooker.
  2. Spread the cream cheese over the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella overtop, then spread the pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup mozzarella on top.
  4. Top with desired amount of pepperoni (if using).
  5. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour or LOW for 3 hours.
  6. Serve topped with Parmesan and parsley, if desired.
  7. Enjoy with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, bagel crisps, or garlic knots.
