Vegan Pizza Dip
This dip requires little prep, just 3-4 ingredients, and your favorite Crockpot™ Slow Cooker! It's a crowd-pleasing appetizer that's perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (226 g) vegan cream cheese softened
- 1 cup (113 g) vegan mozzarella
- 1 cup (240 g) vegan pizza sauce
- Vegan pepperoni optional
- Vegan parmesan cheese optional
- Parsley optional
Instructions:
- Grease the slow cooker. Spread the cream cheese over the bottom.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup (62 g) of mozzarella overtop, then spread the pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup (62 g) mozzarella on top.
- Top with desired amount of pepperoni (if using).
- Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 3 hours.
- Serve topped with parmesan and parsley, if desired. Enjoy! We love this with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, bagel crisps, or garlic knots.
