Vegan Beef Bulgogi Slow Cooker Recipe

The easiest vegan "bulgogi" recipe made in a slow cooker that will quickly become a weekly dinner staple in your house!

Ingredients:
  • 20 ounces vegan beef crumbles
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • For serving (optional):

    • Prepared white rice
    • Green onion, chopped
    • Sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients for the "bulgogi" to your Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 3 hours (until the liquid has been absorbed).
  3. Serve as desired! We recommend serving over a bed of rice topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
  4. Enjoy!
