Vegan Beef Bulgogi Slow Cooker Recipe
The easiest vegan "bulgogi" recipe made in a slow cooker that will quickly become a weekly dinner staple in your house!
Ingredients:
- 20 ounces vegan beef crumbles
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
For serving (optional):
- Prepared white rice
- Green onion, chopped
- Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients for the "bulgogi" to your Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 3 hours (until the liquid has been absorbed).
- Serve as desired! We recommend serving over a bed of rice topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
