Spinach Artichoke Dip Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 13 ounces canned or jarred artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan Reggiano cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped white onion
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
Instructions:
  1. Add all of the ingredients to the Crockpot® Slow Cooker (excluding the bacon).
  2. Cook for 2 ½ hours on LOW or 1 hour on HIGH.
  3. Add the crumbled bacon to the slow cooker and stir.
  4. Taste repeatedly and add additional salt and pepper to suit your taste.
