Instructions:
Add sausage to a skillet over medium heat, cook until browned, crumbling it into tiny pieces as it cooks. Add to a paper towel lined plate to remove excess oil.
Add cubed cheese, cream cheese, diced tomatoes & chilies, milk, garlic powder, cumin, salt and sausage crumbles to your Crock-Pot™ slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, stirring everything half way through cook time.
Top with sliced jalapeño and cilantro if desired and serve warm with chips!
