Pulled Chicken Sandwiches Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ pound tomato
  • 1 ½ ounces cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ ounces honey
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle paste
  • 2 ½ tablespoons tomato puree
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • ¾ tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Coleslaw
  • Rolls
Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients except for chicken into your Crockpot® Slow Cooker. Stir by hand until a smooth sauce is formed. Add chicken thighs, coating them in the sauce.
  2. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours. Open your slow cooker and shred chicken, which should be easy to pull apart.
  3. Serve with jalapeños and coleslaw on a roll and enjoy!
