Potluck Meatballs Slow Cooker Recipe
These sweet and spicy potluck meatballs from @themodernproper are coated in a tangy orange-garlic glaze and slow cooked to perfection—an easy crowd-pleaser for potlucks and beyond.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 (28-ounce) bag frozen chicken, beef, or pork meatballs
For Serving:
- Cilantro
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla strips
- Green onions
- Sliced avocado
- Lime wedges
Instructions:
- In your Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker. whisk together cornstarch, soy sauce, and chicken stock until smooth. Add brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, orange juice, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Whisk until fully combined.
- Add meatballs and lightly toss to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or until warmed through.
- Top with orange zest, scallions, and sesame seeds. Serve directly from your slow cooker or arrange on a plate with toothpicks. Enjoy!
