Potluck Meatballs Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 1/3 cup soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup chicken stock
    • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
    • 1/2 cup orange juice
    • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
    • 1 (28-ounce) bag frozen chicken, beef, or pork meatballs

    For Serving:

    • Cilantro
    • Shredded cheddar cheese
    • Tortilla strips
    • Green onions
    • Sliced avocado
    • Lime wedges

Instructions:

  1. In your Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker. whisk together cornstarch, soy sauce, and chicken stock until smooth. Add brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, orange juice, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Whisk until fully combined.
  2. Add meatballs and lightly toss to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or until warmed through.
  4. Top with orange zest, scallions, and sesame seeds. Serve directly from your slow cooker or arrange on a plate with toothpicks. Enjoy!
