Orange Sesame Chicken

  • ½ cup flour
  • 4 lbs. of chicken thighs (boneless & skinless)​
  • ⅔ cup of honey barbecue sauce​
  • ⅔ cup of orange marmalade
  • ½ cup of orange juice​
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of minced gingerroot
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds (toasted preferred)​
  • White sticky rice
  1. Coat chicken in flour.
  2. Place the flour-coated chicken in the bottom of the Crockpot®.​
  3. In a large bowl, mix the honey barbecue sauce, orange marmalade, minced ginger, soy sauce, and orange juice together.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve on a bed of rice.
