Place flour in shallow dish. Whisk eggs and water in another shallow dish. Combine bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, salt and garlic powder in third shallow dish.
Coat each piece of cheese with flour. Dip in egg mixture, letting excess drip back into bowl. Roll in bread crumb mixture to coat. Dip again in egg mixture and roll again in bread crumb mixture. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
Place in single layer in Cooking Pot; top with crisping lid. Set temperature to HIGH and time to 10 minutes. Press START/STOP. Turn sticks. Repeat cooking until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce.
