2 green onions, cut into 2-inch long pieces, plus additional for garnish
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons mirin
11/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
6 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)
Hot cooked rice
Instructions:
Combine water, miso paste, soy sauce, 2 green onions, sake, mirin, ginger and garlic in Crockpot™ Express Pressure Cooker; stir to blend. Add salmon. Secure lid. Press STEAM, set temperature to HIGH and time to 7 minutes. Make sure Steam Release Valve is in the "Seal" (closed) position. Press START/STOP.
Once cooking is complete, quick release pressure. Serve over rice with cooking liquid as desired. Garnish with additional green onions.
