Individual Strawberry Cheesecakes Multicooker Recipe
Bring classic flavors of New York City to dessert time with individual strawberry cheesecakes that don’t require sharing!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup graham crackers, crushed to crumb texture
- ½ stick butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 medium eggs
- 4 ½ tablespoons sugar
- 3 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 ½ tablespoons strawberry syrup (for topping)
Instructions:
- Line the bottom of two ramekins/springform tins with baking paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until fully combined.
- Divide between the two ramekins or springform tins, pressing down with a spoon to form a uniform bottom layer.
- Divide graham cracker mixture between the two ramekins/springform tins, pressing with a spoon to form an even layer for the crust.
- To make the filling, mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and cornstarch in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Using your Crockpot® Multimeal Multicooker, select the BAKE function, set the temperature setting to LOW, and program cook time to 35 minutes. Place wire rack in the cooking pot and press START to preheat.
- Once preheating is complete, carefully add cheesecake ramekins/springform tins to the rack; cover with lid and press START to begin cooking.
- Once baked, remove lid and let cheesecakes cool for 10 minutes before removing.
- Drizzle with strawberry syrup and enjoy!
