Ingredients:
  • 150 grams store bought pizza dough or homemade
  • 1 ½ tablespoons pizza sauce or tomato paste
  • 1 handful grated cheese or torn mozzarella
  • 5 pepperoni slices
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
Instructions:
  1. Place dough ball on an oiled sheet of parchment paper or foil; roll to desired shape.
  2. Spread tomato sauce or paste onto rolled dough; layer cheese and pepperoni; sprinkle with oregano.
  3. Using your Crockpot® Multimeal Multicooker, select the BAKE function, set the temperature setting to HIGH, and program cook time to 15 minutes. Place wire rack in the cooking pot and press START to preheat.
  4. Once preheating is complete, lift pizza with parchment paper/foil beneath onto the rack and press START to begin cooking.
  5. After cooking is complete, let pizza cool for several minutes before removing.
  6. Take a slice and enjoy!

Baking Tips:

  1. If baking directly in the cooking pot or without a rack, line pot with foil or parchment paper to reduce direct heat contact with bottom heater plate.
  2. High sugar content recipes are recommended to bake in a dish or pan to prevent excessive browning on the bottom.
  3. For more browning, finish in an oven or broiler for 2 to 5 minutes.
  4. After baking is complete, create a foil sling to remove and serve.
