Hoisin Sriracha Chicken Wings Slow Cooker Recipe

Infinitely snackable and satisfying, chicken wings are a must for any party. Ours are Asian inspired, and delicately garnished with green onions.

Ingredients:
    • 3 to 3 ½ pounds chicken wings, tips removed and split at joints
    • ½ cup hoisin sauce
    • ¼ cup sriracha sauce
    • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
    • Chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Coat the inside of your Crock-Pot® slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Preheat broiler.
  3. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange wings on a prepared baking sheet.
  5. Broil 6 to 8 minutes, or until browned, turning once.
  6. Put wings in your slow cooker.
  7. Combine hoisin sauce, ¼ cup sriracha sauce, and brown sugar in a medium bowl; stir to blend.
  8. Pour sauce mixture over wings in your slow cooker; stir to coat.
  9. Cover; cook on LOW 3 ½ to 4 hours.
  10. Place cooked wings on a large serving platter; cover with foil to keep warm.
  11. Turn the slow cooker to HIGH. Cook, uncovered, on HIGH for 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  12. Spoon sauce over wings, and garnish with green onions.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
