Fast-Cooked Turkey Breast

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 turkey breast (5-7 lbs)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  1. Combine parsley flakes, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in small bowl; rub onto turkey. Pour broth into Crockpot™ Express Crock Multi-Cooker; add turkey. Secure lid. Press POULTRY, set pressure to HIGH and time to 45 minutes. Make sure Steam Release Valve is in the “Seal” (closed) position. Press START/STOP.
  2. Once cooking is complete, natural release pressure 5 minutes. Release remaining pressure. Remove turkey to large cutting board. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
