Easy Butter Chicken Pressure Cooker Recipe
Everyday chicken thighs get an upgrade. These are simmered in butter chicken sauce, then garnished with fresh coriander and chopped pistachios.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 pounds chicken thighs, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) jar of butter chicken sauce
- 4 tablespoons pistachio, chopped
- Fresh coriander
Instructions:- Press BROWN/SEAR on the Crockpot® Express Pressure Cooker, then START/STOP and allow to preheat.
- Add oil and brown chicken thighs in batches.
- Add butter chicken sauce, stir to combine. Secure the lid ensuring the steam release valve is in the seal (closed) position.
- Press POULTRY, adjusting TIME to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP.
- Once the cooking process has finished, carefully release the pressure.
- Serve chicken with rice, pistachio nuts and fresh coriander.
