Easy Butter Chicken Pressure Cooker Recipe

Everyday chicken thighs get an upgrade. These are simmered in butter chicken sauce, then garnished with fresh coriander and chopped pistachios.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 pounds chicken thighs, diced
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar of butter chicken sauce
  • 4 tablespoons pistachio, chopped
  • Fresh coriander
Instructions:
  1. Press BROWN/SEAR on the Crockpot® Express Pressure Cooker, then START/STOP and allow to preheat.
  2. Add oil and brown chicken thighs in batches.
  3. Add butter chicken sauce, stir to combine. Secure the lid ensuring the steam release valve is in the seal (closed) position.
  4. Press POULTRY, adjusting TIME to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP.
  5. Once the cooking process has finished, carefully release the pressure.
  6. Serve chicken with rice, pistachio nuts and fresh coriander.
