1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Combine broth, chicken, carrots, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper into your Crockpot slow cooker; stir to blend.
Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH 3 to 3 ½ hours.
