Cheeseburger Casserole Slow Cooker Recipe

The perfect one-dish meal to take on the road with your Lunch Crock®. Ground beef, onions, potatoes, and a little Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cheddar cheese soup
  • ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package (30 ounces) shredded potatoes
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • sliced green onions (optional)
Instructions:
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add beef and chopped onion; cook for 10 minutes until no longer pink, stirring to break up meat.
  2. Drain fat. Remove beef to large bowl using slotted spoon. Stir soup, relish, mustard, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce into beef mixture until well blended.
  3. Place half of the potatoes in your Crock-Pot® slow cooker and top with half of the beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Top with ½ cup cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  4. Cover with lid and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours, or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Garnish with green onions, serve, and enjoy!
