Cheeseburger Casserole Slow Cooker Recipe
The perfect one-dish meal to take on the road with your Lunch Crock®. Ground beef, onions, potatoes, and a little Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cheddar cheese soup
- ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package (30 ounces) shredded potatoes
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- salt
- black pepper
- sliced green onions (optional)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add beef and chopped onion; cook for 10 minutes until no longer pink, stirring to break up meat.
- Drain fat. Remove beef to large bowl using slotted spoon. Stir soup, relish, mustard, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce into beef mixture until well blended.
- Place half of the potatoes in your Crock-Pot® slow cooker and top with half of the beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Top with ½ cup cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
- Cover with lid and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours, or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
- Garnish with green onions, serve, and enjoy!
