4 medium baking apples, cored, peeled and cut into wedges
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
1/2 pound caramels, unwrapped
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
11/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 prepared pound cake, sliced (about 10 ounces)

Instructions:
Coat inside of Crockpot™ slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer apples, apple juice and caramels in Crockpot™ slow cooker.
Mix together peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon and cardamom in small bowl. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto apples. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
Stir. Cover; cook on LOW 1 hour. Spoon apples over cake slices. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
