Press BROWN/SAUTÉ on Crockpot™ Express Pressure Cooker. Add butter; cook until melted. Add corn syrup, rum, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add bananas and coconut. Secure lid. Press MANUAL PRESSURE, set pressure to LOW and time to 1 minute. Make sure Steam Release Valve is in the "Seal" (closed) position. Press START/STOP.
Once cooking is complete, quick release pressure. Stir in lemon juice and lemon peel. To serve, arrange bananas on pound cake slices. Top with ice cream and warm sauce from Cooking Pot.
