Bagna Cauda Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 12 anchovy fillets, drained
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Assorted fresh vegetables
Instructions:
  1. Place oil, butter, anchovies, garlic and red pepper flakes in food processor or blender; process 30 seconds or until smooth. Heat medium saucepan over medium heat. Pour oil mixture into saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Coat inside of Crockpot™ "slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Fill with warm dip. Serve with dippers as desired.
